«Lovely place to stay in an area of Kyoto that’s close to a few large, beautiful shrines. Really great room complemented by a wonderful, helpful staff. Would love to stay here again!»

«Great for solo travelers with a car. The covered parking is convenient and the staff was polite.»

«Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We are so grateful we chose to stay here for our trip to Kyoto!»

«This is only sort of kind of the whole property, Kyoto has very strict tax laws and needs to have a front desk and therefore part of the property is that, additionally the upper floors are inhabited, but none of that matters really because of how wonderful the people and the space are.»

«Amazing experience in every way. Elegant facility. Wonderful smells. The best onsens I’ve visited. Food was excellence. Even had a shuttle from the train Station. I can’t imagine how it could be better.»

Veldig god service.»

«I loved how authentic the experience felt and looked, curated by such amazing and sweet souls. »

«Upea pieni Luxury/boutiquehotelli, jossa koko asunto samassa!

«Located next to the Kyoto Imperial Palace, this Hotel does really live up to it’s s name. Apparently also a popular spot for the locals to have a fancy lunch. »

«God frokost. Nokså slitt ryokan.»

«Me and my partner missed the shinkansen and the bus that was going to take us to the hotel, so we got even more behind our schedule of our check-in time. We told the staff beforehand and apologized, they were extremely understanding of our situation. When we got there, we were welcomed with warm smiles and helpful information of our accomodation and they even gave us some snacks after our long travel. »

«Spacious rooms, both clean and comfortable. Very nice location with lots of restaurants and small coffee places in walking distance. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Kyoto! »

«Hotel inc. was the perfect hotel for our family stay in Kyoto. The room was beautiful and the hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The park outside was great for the kids to play football in and there are plenty of bakeries and coffee shops nearby. The sauna on the top floor is a gem! We rented bikes at Mori Bicycle shop just around the corner and cycling in Kyoto is the best way to get around. I truly recommend this hotel! Thank you for having us.»
