«We had the king room with mineral hot tub facing the parking lot. It was great to have access to hot tub outside the door. Unfortunately it rained the entire time of our stay so we didn't get to explore the outsid eif the propery much, as there is mini golf outside. Our room was a little on the hotter side and took us a while to figure out the temperature. They do have a microwave, but it is a communal one and could be s little walk»

«Very nice hotel. We were unable to book a massage but we used the mineral pools. Very relaxing. Went back to the room and our tv didn’t work. They were unable to fix. It wasn’t that important, we were tired and had our phones. The big disappointment was our dinner. The dining area and bar was nice but we were very disappointed with our meals. We opted to leave early and not to eat breakfast there. »

«We never got to stay at the hotel. They called us in the way there and cancelled our weekend due to a ‘ room emergency’. Then we began a nightmare of calls trying to get our refund being bounced between Expedia who told us to call VBRO who would promptly tell us to call Expedia. What a nightmare! I’m still waiting for the hotel GM to return my calls. »
