«We loved staying in this beautiful cabin. The view across the valley was spectacular! The home is thoughtfully appointed with modern and comfortable furnishings. We were close enough to Mt Victoria and Blackheath for dining options but a million worlds away from the city. A beautiful, tranquil place. Thank you Barry.»

«We loved our stay at Solitary Retreat. The view is spectacular and the house is well equipped and very comfortable. We liked the fact that we could relax and switch off for a few days. It is centrally situated and a great place to base yourself to explore the Blue Mountains. Will certainly stay again when in the area.»

Excellently kitted out property, everything brand new with all the creature comforts you’d want like underfloor heating in the bathroom, very effective fireplace and electric blankets on the bed. Very generous welcome local snacks and cider made a great touch. perfect for our family of 5 weekend away. «Accommodation was great. It would have been better if the second television in the pool room was working so the children could have watched a movie at night I understand that water is a problem but the outside around the table and pool is very dirty. Also the broken step caused my elderly partner to fall on the hard surface. Could have been worse but I feel it should be fixed. Overall we had a lovely family get together.»
