«The place was freezing! Following the directions to use the heaters was only successful on a couple of the units. Most of them just sat at the minimum heat levels. NONE of the TVs worked or at least didn't have any service. There were NO directions on how to use them, and many tries with both remotes resulted only in frustration. «This home was great for our stay, total of 15 people from ages 1 to 60 for 3 nights.
