«The place wasnt refreshed for our stay. Dust inside all the cups and on the tables etc. A dead roch sitting in the container that held the tea n sugar. Need to supply 2 more towels as there was 2 people staying 2 nights and we only had 2 towels. Lawns were unkept. Theres a tin shed ryt out where the bed is. It was scratching n banging up on the wall and keeps you from falling into deep sleep. The blue pillow cases had dribble stains on the fabric. If these details where more tended to it would ...

«Very unhappy about arriving the house to find it hadn't been serviced rotten food in the oven so we didn't dear use the oven the entire stay Had to clean all the plates and cups cutlery. The house had a musty smell that no matter how much you sprayed air freshener. Also was unaware that they had 2 other accommodation on the property which meant we had to share property with strangers . Only good thing about this house was the bathroom shower. «The room was a great setup for a family with a separate kids room away from the main living area and bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. YouTube on the tv was helpful with the kids. Bathroom spotless and nice tub. Alpacas, a sheep and bunnies were on the property and the owner gives you food you can hand feed them. Great playground and grassy area for kids to play on. Really friendly and helpful owner!»

«Very nice and modern room/unit. Good beds and nice living room. Did not have a sink in the kitchen, so we had to do the dishes in the bathroom. No noise from trafic in the room we had. Had a pool which we did not use. Looked nice.»

«The apartment was not cleaned at all!! We started by washing and cleaning the kitchen! After a coupla of days we found a huge dog bone behind the couch plus dog pellets on the floor under the sofa. Be aware, no cleaning is included here and you have to empty your bin yourself! Def not worth the money!! Stay another place if possible. Maybe even reconsider Rotorua! You can easily see Rotorua but stay in Taupo wich is 10 times better!! »

«This is a hotel we want to recommend to everyone. The rooms have very high standard compared to other hotels in town. The spa and swimming pool was a pleasant surprise. The staff is very serviceminded, and will do everything to make you feel at home (even lending us their cooking oil). We only stayed for one night, but will stay here again if we ever return to Rotorua.»
