"A bit old and worn down, but clean. Bathroom tub a bit moldy under caulk and the blanket situation was not nearly enough to stay warm - 2 sheets and a lightweight blanket inbetween, no top spread/comforter. Breakfast was decent. Staff nice."

My room was clean and every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. There was an issue with my shower door and maintenance handled it immediately. ..."

"Stayed only one night, but somehow got emotionally attached to this place immediately. Super clean, cozy, & way nicer than expected. The bed was dangerously comfortable, I seriously considered calling in sick just to stay longer.Host was awesome, everything was easy, & the whole place just had good ..."

"If you’re looking for a charming and conveniently situated place to stay in Mt. Horeb, this is it. Melissa is a great host, house is completely outfitted with anything you’d need and the patio is relaxing. Walkable to town and easy access to all Mt. Horeb has to offer."
