«The place was easy to find and close to everything we did. Parking was also good and the view was very good. The staff didn't seem too informed about the area or able to answer questions. It would have been nice to at least have a microwave in the room. Also, at breakfast there wasn't any silverware (or plasticware). Also, there was a pop (soda) machine, but it was empty so I lost my money on it. Maybe there could be a shelf put in the bathroom for toiletries. »

«We had to use a door lock code to enter the room. We were given the code by calling the number on a sign. We loved the outdoor fire pit and grills. The motel was very simple but had everything we needed. There was a back area where we could walk the dogs. The room was clean and the area quiet.»

«I had the loveliest stay at the Cleftstone Inn. To start, the staff is welcoming, kind and attentive. From the moment you check in, you feel right at home as you get acquainted with the property and your room. The property has such a homie feeling and my room was quaint but chic. Breakfast and tea time had to be my favorite part of the Inn as there were always different options to choose from and everything was so tasty! I will definitely be returning to the Inn and bringing friends with me. ...

«I feel the breakfast should have had more options. I was surprised that my room was not cleaned and made up daily. The parking seemed adequate. The view from my room was great. It was probably the best thing about staying there along with the receptionist who was extremely helpful in making tour reservations.»
