«Front desk is only staffed at certain times so if you need anything, you have to call. Thankfully we didn’t. Breakfast is included but one thing to know is they only have 2 hot options to choose from each day. It’s in a great location, was quiet and comfortable. My one suggestion…don’t get a room on the second (main) floor. One room is right at a stairway with a bathroom across the hall that anyone can use and the other is also next to a stairway and the kitchen.»

«Quimby House is a charming hotel in Bar Harbor. Only a short walk from the town center. The room I got had a very different style from the usual sterile look of the typical hotel. I had some issues with the WiFi and the plumbing could use some TLC but all in all an enjoyable stay. Please note that the hotel has three floors and no elevator!»

«Grounds were clean and same with the rooms. We had a decent stay the location is perfect! And breakfast is included in the stay. Our showers were lukewarm so that was disappointing. Staff told me that happens sometimes in the morning. For the price I’d expect this not to be an issue. But I understand, the location is top notch.»

«Room was simple, but spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had rather low pressure unfortunately. The coffee machine was very basic but did the job. The coffee, water, and snacks in the lobby were very nice to have. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful for navigating the town and dinner reservations (shout-out to Christopher). The only downside was the price. For what it was, I think the price was very high, but was happy with the experience overall.»
