The room was cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast provided was far above average with Nantucket pie and cream cheese filled pancakes as options to choose from. Everything in town was easily walkable and Acadia National Park is a very short drive away. »

«Quimby House is a charming hotel in Bar Harbor. Only a short walk from the town center. The room I got had a very different style from the usual sterile look of the typical hotel. I had some issues with the WiFi and the plumbing could use some TLC but all in all an enjoyable stay. Please note that the hotel has three floors and no elevator!»

«We stayed in mid-November, after much of the town has closed up for the season. The front desk provided us with a list of restuarants that were still open, which was helpful. The Oasis lounge was still open and where we ate our first night, everything was delicious. We were upgraded to an ocean view room and enjoyed watching the snow flurries blow in over the water. Beautiful property with great views! We really enjoyed the quiet!»

«Saltair Inn is fabulous. Our room was beautiful and had a very cozy feel, with a fantastic view. The hosts were great, and breakfast was terrific. It was within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this B&B and will not hesitate to stay there again.»

«Entering the Inn we were greeted with a smile and a great personality! I cannot remember her name but it started with an A. She was amazing! Offering my Granddaughter and I fresh cookies, and ice cream. Oh there was also chowder. The establishment was Very Clean! Staff was Very Friendly! Our Room was honestly perfect, just cozy. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was really good. With a good selection of food. We will definitely stay at the Comfort Inn in Ellsworth again. Thank you to all the ...
