«Quimby House is a charming hotel in Bar Harbor. Only a short walk from the town center. The room I got had a very different style from the usual sterile look of the typical hotel. I had some issues with the WiFi and the plumbing could use some TLC but all in all an enjoyable stay. Please note that the hotel has three floors and no elevator!»

«We stayed in mid-November, after much of the town has closed up for the season. The front desk provided us with a list of restuarants that were still open, which was helpful. The Oasis lounge was still open and where we ate our first night, everything was delicious. We were upgraded to an ocean view room and enjoyed watching the snow flurries blow in over the water. Beautiful property with great views! We really enjoyed the quiet!»

«I stay at this property during inclement weather as its close to my work and saves me travel time with poor road conditions. I have not had the breakfast as I leave prior to it opening. I stay in the king room with kitchen. The rooms are great, clean including larger fridge, freezer dishwasher and microwave, sink dishes etc. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is clean with all essentials needed.
