«The home was exceptionally clean and cozy. The layout was perfect for all 8 of us. The kitchen was well equipped. We had one issue with a wall heater that was promptly addressed by the owner. The location was fabulous. There are terrific hiking trails within walking distance, and the gorgeous Montara Beach is just a short walk away. It was a perfect getaway!»

«Pros- The views are amazing! The place was clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was great. Cons-I didn’t appreciate the fact that the back patio furniture had to be re-covered each time you finished, it made the patio look ugly. And although the town was walking distance, the hill was very steep and not for the weak.»

«Negatives: The checkin information came the day of the stay and the check out information the day before; no welcome manual with how to use heat, whether there was AC, etc; microwave did not work and the door to the porch was broken; bedrooms were extremely small, barely enough room to walk around them; the layout of the place is awkward; no counter space to cook and no oven to cook in; the refrigerator was across the room; no containers for food prepared; no scissors; no beach blanket or ...

«My family and I enjoyed spending time together at this lovely home. The home had many amenities including the fire pit and hot tub. The beds were comfortable as was the sofa sleeper. The home is very close to town and a litlle over a mile to to the nearest beach The host was communicative and the response time was impressive. I would definitely considering staying here, again»

«This is our fifth Half Moon Bay area rental home and hands down our favorite. Close walk to Poplar Beach, gorgeous yard/lot with plenty of space inside and out. Meticulously clean and well stocked. Relaxed vibe for decor, comfortable furniture and warm lighting. Owners are friendly and quick to communicate and touch base. Will be our go-to rental for our bi-annual trip to HMB, it's a splurge for our budget, but worth it. »
