«I’ve stayed in plenty of homes, and this one has GOT to be my #1!!! 🙌 The location is absolutely perfect! Folly Beach, Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and Shem Creek are all within about 15 minutes. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the home sits back off the street, which I really loved.. «Our stay was lovely in decor and cleanliness. The location was excellent, complete with assigned parking space. The historic district was quiet and convenient, walking distance for eateries,and seeing lovely homes. We enjoyed the various books on Charleston, that were located in this VRBO. Including the guide book which had lots of suggestions of restaurants, historic places to visit, and maintenance details. We would definitely come here again for another visit to Charleston. «Place was clean and well kept! The location was perfect since my wife and I wanted to spend most of our days out and exploring the city, and it is very walkable to all the major attractions on the Charleston peninsula. The place was small as we expected, but enough space to hang out there a bit and cook food. The only complaint is that the lights outside were very bright and the curtains did not block much of the light at night.»

«This rental was very clean, spacious and beautifully updated. We very much enjoyed our stay. Plenty of plates, silverware and cups. I gave 4 stars due to the location, it was the perfect distance for walking to kings street, with a fun bar just steps away. However since the bar is so close you can hear the loud music being played until very late. Wasn’t a huge deal for us, but we did have little ones with us. «The parking situation isn’t ideal. We were stuck driving around for an hour until we could find a spot to park near the rental. And the metal covering out front on the road is hopefully temporary because every time a car would go over it, it would make a loud “THUNK THUNK” sound that you could hear all the way in the back in the bedrooms. Needless to say, we were not well rested either night we stayed because of that sound. »
