«The general take away was everything is either a bit or on its way to being very run down. It was all clean enough, floors, kitchen, linens, and bathrooms. But even then, visible wear and tear (visibly dirty couch, grimey tiles, and hard to close kitchen cabinets). The hot water heater, we found, was initially turned off, but even when we turned it back on, the water never really got hot in the showers. «We never got an email telling us how to get to the property or what the lock code was. I tried several times to text the host on our way and he never got back to me. We ended up finding the property on our own which took awhile and the neighbor was nice enough to call the property manager who gave us the code. Major hassle! Other than that everything was fine.»
