«Very clean, room was spacious, couldn’t fault anything»

«Clean room good value»

«Colin is a lovely host. Both full and continental breakfasts were excellent. Lovely bedding. Very comfortable B&B»

«Booked this for my friend’s wedding as it was walking distance to the venue! Affordable room close to the river, quiet and clean. I liked having a fridge and oven etc although we didn’t need it. Owner was great, I asked if the room had a hairdryer as my partner forgot his and he sorted us out! Would stay again if I needed to go to Preston :)»

«What a lovely home from home boutique hotel. Clean, comfortable and super friendly. my grandchildren and I were made to feel so welcome. So relaxing.»

«Property was quiet, warm and generally clean - good location so we could walk to a couple of restaurants. Would have felt safer if other clients remembered to close the inner front door, which was on a keypad lock!! A couple of minor things which I mentioned directly to the Mode people - but not a deal-breaker!»

«The host cancelled my booking the day before I was due to book in because I use a walking stick and the room was on the middle floor. When I made the booking there was no mention on the booking page about about difficulties I may have. The reason given was not enough room on the expedia page. I was also refused a refund, which I find very disappointing as it was the host who cancelled my booking, not myself. Very disappointed allround.»

«Parkerte gratis rett utenfr hotelldøren. Ble tatt veldig hyggelig i mot i hotelet som ligger rett ved stranden i et rolig område syd for Blackpool. Alt var rent og fungerte som det skulle. En kort spasertur fra hotellet lå den lille byen og de hadde flere restauranter, og jeg var veldig fornøyd med de to jeg besøkte. Om jeg er i området igjen håper jeg at jeg huker dette lille hotellet.»
