«The location of the property is perfect if you want to be in the city centre. We could not be more satisfied with the location and the apartment itself. Well decorated with great space and the views were amazing. We were between staying in Bellagio or Como and so happy we made the decision with Como. We would stay in this apartment again for sure! «Nous avons été excellemment reçues par Claudine et même avant notre arrivée les échanges étaient complets et rapides. La ville de sala Comacina est super bien placée par rapport aux différents points d’intérêts du Lac de Côme. Et en vous y baladant, dont par la Green way qui passe juste au-dessus de l’appartement, vous vous rendrez compte que c’est super village. Avoir accès au parking était extrêmement précieux (ne venait pas dans la région avec un 4*4 ou une berline sauf si vous voulez ...

«Great 180 view of lake with mountains opposite. Well appointed, fully equipped, and updated. There is a nice walking route connecting some nearby towns but you’ll want to drive to other towns for meals and outings (plenty enough close by) - not much in Colonno itself. The hillside is what gives you the view but also presents some “fun challenges” for street parking if the garage is not a good fit for for your vehicle size. All in all, a very fine option for couples, less so for children given ...

«Without overstating it, I can say that I have never stayed at a hotel or other short-term rental with better service, both leading up to the stay and during it. The communication and the assistance, including the level of depth and detail of each, simply could not have been better (our principal point of contact was Francesca, who embodied the concept of "going the extra mile"). We also struggled with communication and we were constantly told contact another person on staff and could not get clear answers to questions and issues. «Our accommodation had the most breathtaking view. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were gracious, attentive and lovely. San Giovanni ferry terminal is only a few meters away and Bellagio is walkable if you don't mind going uphill and downhill. The area is very peaceful and quiet.»

The pool was cold and not cleaned, so we couldn´t use that one. The price was good, you get what you pay for, nothing more.»
