Overlooking the calm waters of Lake Lugano, in one of its most picturesque villages, MORCOTE ROMANCE welcomes its guests in a private and relaxing setting, within an elegant residence with a pool.

The bright and tastefully furnished living room features a relaxation area with a sofa and two comfortable armchairs, harmoniously integrated with the open-plan kitchen — modern and fully equipped — ideal for preparing meals to share around the practical wooden dining table. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, both with spacious wardrobes, perfect for keeping clothes and accessories neatly organized. Large windows open onto a splendid private wooden terrace, surrounded by a lush green hedge that ensures privacy and peace. The apartment is completed by two spacious bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, designed to meet every need.

During the summer months, guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool, nestled in the tranquility of the surrounding garden, or access the private beach of the residence — a green lakeside retreat where you can relax on the grass, take a refreshing swim, or explore the shores on a SUP or canoe.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment includes a private parking space in the condominium garage.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

Morcote is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Switzerland, often referred to as the “Pearl of Ceresio.”

Just a 10-minute walk from the apartment, you can visit the Scherrer Park, a fascinating garden full of exotic plants and rare botanical species, or reach the Church of Santa Maria del Sasso via the scenic monumental staircase, offering a splendid view of the lake. Also worth visiting are the Morcote Castle, surrounded by nature, and the historic Captain\'s Tower, telling the story of the village’s past. Strolling along the lake and under the arcades, you\'ll find small shops, boutiques, and typical restaurants. From Morcote’s port, you can also buy boat tickets to explore other renowned destinations on Lake Lugano.

How to get there:

By car, from the A2 motorway, take the Melide/Bissone/Morcote/Campione exit, and follow the signs along the lakeside road to the village. By setting your GPS, the property can be reached in about 10 minutes.

By train, from Lugano city center or Paradiso station, take bus 431 toward Bissone and get off at the “Morcote, Vedo” stop (24 stops, about 30 minutes), which is about a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
