Hoteller nær Monument til de døde av det totalitære regimet

«I definitely will be returning. It’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city»

«I’ve stayed at hundreds of luxury hotels around the world and I think this hotel, the Ritz Carlton in Astana, might top them all. The staff were incredible, they even baked us a custom cake with our faces 3-D printed on it. They went above and beyond every chance they got. Free gifts, welcome gifts, early check-in, late checkout, I could go on and on. The food is also incredible, the breakfast is amazing and I love how it’s connected to an ultra-luxury mall with all the best luxury brands. Two ...

«Ikke basseng, siden det stod at jeg måtte vurdere det. Superfint sted! Fantastisk hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale! »

«Ett bra hotell. Rommet vi fikk var litt lite men det plagde oss ikke. Baren og resturanten var bra, veldig hyggelig service, de snakket godt engelsk. Kort vei til andre resturanter og ned til elven. Hotellet ligger i den gamle bydelen. »

«Clean room, great staff. Fast and stable internet. »

«I was there on business, and I got exactly what I wanted for a short stay: a quiet room with a workplace. However, the internet connection was very unstable, I was not able to speak (not to mention video). Eventually, I had to use mobile internet. There is a mini-gym, which I used a few times. I did not have time to try the sauna and the small swimming pool, they looked good. Particularly I liked the breakfast, good selection of local and international food.»

«Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast selection that changes everyday (including typical Kazakh snacks), though the hot foods are lukewarm at best. The room temperature was hard to control: the heating was too much and there is no way to turn it off. We had to use the air conditioner in October to bring the temperature down. Beware: the indoor pool is not included in the reservation unless your room level is high enough. This was not at all indicated in the reservation.»

«Персонал довольно отзывчивый, для три заезды отель очень даже неплохой))) Единственное — хотелось бы иметь в номерах чайник. А так есть холодильники, кондиционер. Вполне чисто.»

«Bodde der i fire netter. Ingen besøk av rengjøring eller lignende. Tomme sjampo "konvolutter" i dusj. Tvilsom rengjøring. Slitt sengetøy. Engelsk kunnskap vha Google translate. Grei beliggenhet i en eldre del av byen. Endel restauranter og kaffebarer i nærheten.»

«The location was great! Easy walk to shops and restaurants! The room was spacious and very clean. Everything worked. Only complaint is they could have better pillows. Other issue; no one speaks any English! Breakfast was made to order. OK, but mo fruits or juice. All in all, it was a very good value and I would definitely stay there again.»

«A very nice and comfortable hotel.»

«It is a good priced hotel and the room was decently sized, but my shower had problems with the water pressure and the heat. Staff are okay, they don’t seem to want to be there though.»
