Our flat, only accessible by stairs, is perfect for families looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in Montreal. The flat is located in the lively Le Plateau neighborhood, just steps from some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in the city.

We take pride in providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. From the moment you arrive, you`ll feel right at home in this charmingly decorated, professionally maintained flat.
Our flat is equipped with three comfortable mattresses, a fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, one spacious bathroom, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. We also provide free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a welcome starter amenity kit with fresh coffee and treats. The flat is also spacious enough to accommodate up to 5 guests, so you can all spread out and relax.

You will be in the heart of Le Plateau, surrounded by some of the best restaurants and cafes in Montreal. Whether you`re looking for a cozy spot to relax or an exciting night out on the town, Le Plateau has it all just steps away.

We have customer service available from 8am to 11pm daily to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible. All guests receive Caprina fresh goat’s milk soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee and sugar on arrival. If you need any extra items or services during your stay, just let us know - we`re always happy to help.

Parking in Montreal can be tricky. While we do not provide a parking space, there are several public parking lots nearby. Our staff can recommend parking apps to make finding a spot easier than ever.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Outside appearance seemed a little sketchy at first, But once inside it was very nice. Everything was neat and clean and exactly as shown. The balcony was an added bonus for afternoon drinks.

Getting into the apartment initially was a bit challenging. We were given a code which looked like it was for the lock box by the front door. In fact, that lock box was not for us , and the code was for the front door itself. You needed to lay your hand flat on the key pad in order to make it light up to enter the code. This was not explained, except after I called the host (response was quick!) The whole apartment was very clean. Water pressure in the shower was great. We ate out most of the time, so did not use the oven, dishwasher, or microwave. The host responded quickly and was helpful. The local restaurants, patisseries, boulangeries, were amazing. And there is great access to Metro and bus routes. It felt central to everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment itself would have been fine for a family of four but the stairs to access it were quite steep and may be difficult for small children or older people.

Amazing location, great communication!

The apartment looked great online and did not disappoint in person. It was spacious and clean and thoughtfully appointed. The staff at Denstays was super helpful and accommodating and their communication was always timely. This was our first trip to Montreal and the location was perfect. Very walkable neighborhood, filled with shops and restaurants and close to the Metro. The small grocery store across the street came in handy as well. The only negative I would have is more in the category of advice than a complaint. It's on a busy street, above a business, so it's not especially quiet at night. The owners thoughtfully provided noise machines and ear plugs, but they were no match for (what I can only assume was) the person who worked in the bakery directly beneath the front bedroom. Their shift started around 5:00 AM and they had a real fondness for super-loud electronic dance music; perhaps the heavy drums and bass were the secret ingredients for their delicious croissants. Anyway, I was really wishing I had brought noise-cancelling headphones, so make sure you add them to your packing list! Other than that (very fixable) little issue, we were extremely pleased with our stay!
