«First on foremost, I could not get the TV to work. Secondly, there is a hole in the wall next to the air condition inside the bathroom there was mole in the ceiling. It definitely needed a paint Work, the stove in the kitchen. I did not use it because that stove needed a new one. Cabinet doors is coming off the inches and I can go on and on and on in the living room not working. »

«This property is well located on the hip strip. It is a property in transition. The restaurant and pool are closed; not sure if they are going to open. Security is good. Lots of stuff to see and do nearby. The Doctor’s Cave beach and a Starbucks are across the street but the beach requires a fee for admission and an extra fee if you want a beach chair and umbrella.»

Renter lied about leak and relocated me to another dirty smelly location pretending that my apartment would be ready the following day. «Pros: Loved that the property was gated and secluded. I didn't mind the other home facing the villa at all. Both were designed beautifully. Great for photo ops, definitely took many. The floor plan was great! The bedrooms were on opposite sides of the villa, we didn't use the other bedroom though. Loved the walk-in shower. The view was breathtaking. «The location of this property is great for easy access to local areas in the Hipstrip and access to private beaches. The space was functional but just very run-down. It needed a thorough cleaning and fresh paint and tile repair. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was superb.»

"Overall nice, somewhere between resort and hotel. But look on Expedia, not their own website! Family of 4, with 2 kids (aged 4 and 7) Pros: Doctors Cave Beach is very nice, with good snorkelling. Good food, with plenty of options. Nice pool and hot tub. Nice rooms. Pool table, gym and chess board. Cons: Don’t trust their website… There is no kids club / kids room. There are some activities for kids on some days, but they might or might not happen. There is a schedule of activities, but less than half actually happened. Kids excited for dance lessons, but the instructor never showed. Same for other activities. And no one could tell us in advance if they were happening. Website also talks about several restaurant. There is only 2. The main buffet, and a grill open from 12-17. Pluss a café for some cakes/fruits. There is no Italian restaurant as advertised. Also, there is a road between the hotel and the beach. Not really a problem, but they give the impression that they are on the beach. You only get a free pass to use Doctor Cave Beach daily. Overall it was a nice stay, but as kids club/kids room was one of the reason we chose it, I can only give 3 stars. "
