«we booked 2 apts for 4 of us, but one apt had 4 beds !, so no need for 2nd apt , which worked in our favour as 2 adults and 2 kids, only aircon in bedroom worked, fans and aircon in other rooms didn't work, bathroom was grime, kitchen was worse. really unpleasant stay, but it wasn't advertised as a great place so expectations were low anyway. also balcony door didn't lock which being in Jamaica was a concern, especially as we were told to avoid one entrance due to safety concerns.»

«There are some good things about the property. The unit is a good size and, from a casual or superficial view, clean (that is to say that it was mopped and tidy). Our entire experience was spoilt by the fact that the AC in the master bedroom was not working at the very start of our stay - the lack of AC rendered the master bedroom simply unusable (it literally was like a sauna - if you showered, you would be dripping with sweat before you could get dressed). «Our stay at Whispering Seas was lovely. It did start out a little rocky, but Melanie, Melanie, Melanie!! The communication with Melanie was top-tier, and she addressed our issue immediately. I am planning on returning with my entire family next year and hope Melanie will have space to accommodate us all.
