«we booked 2 apts for 4 of us, but one apt had 4 beds !, so no need for 2nd apt , which worked in our favour as 2 adults and 2 kids, only aircon in bedroom worked, fans and aircon in other rooms didn't work, bathroom was grime, kitchen was worse. really unpleasant stay, but it wasn't advertised as a great place so expectations were low anyway. also balcony door didn't lock which being in Jamaica was a concern, especially as we were told to avoid one entrance due to safety concerns.»

«Unfortunately, the condition of the bathroom and kitchen significantly affected my stay. The toilet, shower area, and stove are all in need of renovation or replacement. I was unable to properly use the shower, and the shower floor was noticeably stained. The toilet was also stained and did not give the impression that the bathroom was being maintained to an acceptable standard. «There are some good things about the property. The unit is a good size and, from a casual or superficial view, clean (that is to say that it was mopped and tidy). «Our stay at Whispering Seas was lovely. It did start out a little rocky, but Melanie, Melanie, Melanie!! The communication with Melanie was top-tier, and she addressed our issue immediately. I am planning on returning with my entire family next year and hope Melanie will have space to accommodate us all.
