Ruby - Right next to the castle, balcony, PS4 & Stream

Feel at home in my cozy "Ruby" apartment in beautiful Montabaur. The apartment is right next to the castle and has access to a small balcony - spend your well-deserved break and coffee break here at our cozy bistro table. Stylish furniture and great attention to detail make this apartment something very special. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, especially for families.

LIVING ROOM

The apartment is stylish but also practically furnished. You will find a number of extras here that far exceed the standards of normal holiday apartments. The heart of the apartment is the cozy living room with adjoining dining area. A comfortable sofa bed offers enough space for large groups. You will also find a smart TV with a sound system and plenty of streaming options, as well as a PS4 with a varied selection of games. Here you can relax in a beautiful ambience or argue over a multiplayer game. Real plants and great attention to detail make the apartments a lot more homely than other accommodations.

KITCHEN

In the well-equipped large kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. There is an oven, dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, microwave, as well as an espresso and filter machine, electric milk frother and much more. Espresso and coffee are of course included. There is enough work space and storage space for things you bring with you. There are enough seating options inside and outside for a cozy get-together.

BEDROOM

In the bedroom you will find a 180cm king-size bed and two 90cm single beds - with the pull-out sofa bed up to 6 guests can stay here. High-quality toppers offer extra comfort and restful nights. With the open wardrobes you have enough storage space for your things. A mobile baby bed with mattress and cover is available if required. A well-equipped work space is also available here.

BATHROOM

The spacious bathroom has a bright and modern design with a large shower and a washing machine, which you are welcome to use if required. Here you will find everything you need: a hairdryer, towels, shower gel, hair shampoo and conditioner.

FAMILY

My apartments are family-friendly. Of course there is a high chair, baby bed and children's dishes. The sockets have a child safety lock and a CO2 alarm is installed. Of course there are also smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and first aid kits.

OUTDOOR AREA

The apartment has a balcony where you can relax with a cold drink after a busy day in Montabaur's old town or the surrounding area.

There is a parking space directly in front of the house.
