«The hotel is quite new. It's cozy, comfort and clean. Hope it will stay the same all the time! Nice swimming pool eventhough its not big. Nice fitness center and spa. I've got a room which has an ocean view and it's wonderful.. the Breakfast is good and lots variation of kind of foods especially for indonesian. You can walk to the nearest Mall called Balikpapan Center its only take 5 mins walk. There's a supermarket called hypermart in the mall and places to eat like Mc.Donalds and KFC also a ...

«Beautifully hotel with a nice breakfast. I have always been a bit provoked by hotels asking ut to save environment by conserving on towels. On this hotel they seemed more serious having replaced all plastic water bottles by glass jug, and multiple water dispensers in the corridor. Easy checkin and check out and no issues with anything. The best hotel visted on this two week roundtrip in Asia and Australia .»

«Dengan harga yang relatif murah, hotel ini cukup baik. Kebersihan seprai bisa ditingkatkan»

«Wij verbleven 4 nachten in het hotel. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer werd goed onderhouden en dagelijks kregen we nieuwe lakens enz Ook elke dag vers flessenwater. Wij zijn zeer tevreden.»

«Great room great staff great location»

«We had two requirements for the stay: pool and wifi. The pool area was closed off on our first two nights due to weddings. The wifi was intermittent at best, and the scheme they've devised to generate user/password combos is a disaster because anyone can take over the session of any other room in the hotel. We were upgraded to a suite, although there wasn't anything wrong with room itself and it didn't help us with the real problems. The hotel is unfortunately a prime example of not ...

«The staff was excellent. The facility needs a lot of work. This is directly attributable to the ownership. Previous guests are not held accountable for damages they cause. Plumbing needs a complete overhaul…most importantly. Wifi is absolutely terrible. The rest is okay and can wait for the others to get fixed for now. An upgrade on the rooms looks way past due. Again, the staff is excellent and does the best it can with what it has to work with.»

«This property was a masdive disappointment..i arrived at night and reception unmanned with a phone number to call..but i had just arrived in the country with no phone service. Finally someone came and gave me a key..the smell hit me as i opened the door..awful stink coming from under the sink..old dirty rags wet through mopping up a leaky sink.the pillows stank of stale sweat..they needed throwing out..shower had hot water for 2 minutes then nothing and no soap or shampoo provided..the white ...

«Amazing staff are a treat at the hotel. My apologies for the spelling, but Livie and Ulun at the front desk were so helpful. Livie gave us some sightseeing suggestions, reserved a table for breakfast and a pair of seats on the shuttle, found my Marriott ID, gave us a late check out and upgraded our room. Amazing, without being asked. The staff at the Eatery went out of their way to provide a great dinner and breakfast. Ezza was a prompt and helpful shuttle driver. Wayon, one of the managers, ...

«Luar biasa!! Proses check in dan out mudah dan cepat tanpa deposite. »

«The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. I had arranged a pick up but my flight was delayed by over an hour. I managed to let them know and when I arrived at the airport the lovely young man from the hotel was there waiting for me. They let me change my room as the first one was near the lift and due to being a light sleeper moved me to a room further away which was perfect. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. If I ever travel back here would definitely stay again 😊»
