"Very nice hotel. Good service, clean rooms, nice bar and restaurant areas. Good selection of food in the restaurant and breakfast was good. Close to the railway station (5 minute walk) where you also can catch busses or a ferry boat. Walking distance to the city is manageable. "

"I had booked a single room, but the bed was approximately 165 cm long! I am 180, so I had to upgrade to a double room and pay 20 pounds extra for each night! I was told that all the singleroom beds were the same size, and I find it a bit strange that they dont inform about the size when you make the reservation. The room also smelled of mold. The double room was ok, but the bathroom could have been cleaner, it was obvious that it has been a while since they did anything more than the routine cleaning. On the carpet in the room there where lots of hair... I stayed for three nights, and they did not make the bed or change the towels once. On the plus side, the staff was superfriendly, and the location is fine. You can walk to the centre in 20 minutes, and there is a bus stop 2 mins away, and they run regularly downtown to the train station. The full english breakfast was also ok. But if I am to return to Bristol I will find another hotel."
