«very poorly managed facility. they have a banquet hall and had a prom booked the night we stayed. they didn't tell us until we checked in and they said it wouldnt be too loud. it was extremely loud and we were on second floor directly above the hall. we were travelling with a 1 year old and baby couldn't sleep because all of the noise. we demanded a refund and left the hotel to find somewhere else. very inconsiderate and un professional. they could've told us prior to check in so we ...

«This hotel was a good value for our one night stay compared to the other hotels in the same area that were more expensive. The staff were very friendly and checked in to see if we needed anything. There is a restaurant and bar onsite which was nice. The hotel needs an update as the decor is outdated but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Located close to Mohegan Sun Casino.»

«My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The whole place was super clean. There was a fridge full of water, o.j., creamer, bagel variety and other items to snack on such as bananas, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, etc. We met one of the hosts who was wonderful. Various activities and places to eat listed on a white board. Very organized and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be coming back. »

«The resort is large, and very beautiful. There are loads of restaurant choices, from Subway and pizza to upscale restaurants by famous chefs. We ate dinner at Hell's Kitchen, and it was fantastic. We had lunch at Martha Stewart's Bedford, and it was quite good. The spa is lovely, the pool and hot tubs were sooo relaxing, and Lisa, my masseuse was wonderful. I was there with my sisters, we had adjoining rooms, and we had a fantastic time!»

«Very disappointing stay overall. The hotel looks completely different in person than it does in the pictures online. From the outside it seems acceptable, but inside the property felt extremely old, poorly maintained, and neglected.
