Room was absolutely neglected. Front desk staff was very unaccommodating, rude and condescending. There was a snowstorm during my visit. The parking lot was never plowed properly nor salted, sanded etc. I had fallen twice during the duration that I was trying to dig my car out, I asked the front desk staff if we could use their shovels. They told me that there would be a $50 deposit because they didn't want us to break them. I was absolutely appalled by that, considering the fact that I believe it would have been their job to take care of the property maintenance in that situation. Doors and stairways were not shoveled on the outside of the building, leaving us dropped with 3 ft of snow in front of the doors at points in time during the storm. I was mocked by the young lady that works the front desk multiple times for an incident that had occurred while I was there. I was fleeing a domestic violence situation, I had notified the staff of that and it was completely disregarded and laughed about in front of my face by the staff. I will never stay at this establishment again nor will I ever recommend it. In extreme disappointment for a local establishment.
