«I am a 73 year old widow. I was not the least prepared for the steep steps, the one chair on the property, and the TV without guidance to get local channels. It is a charming place; but not right for a person my age also with a dog. I looked at it as pet friendly, but there were multiple regulations (with which I was able to comply), but there was not early disclosure with strict cancellation directions had I not been able to comply. There needed to be lots more disclosure about the nature of ...

«It appears that the host is in process of completing repairs on the unit for regular use. Nice updates to older home- new appliances and ceiling fans. Lovely location. Host was quick to respond to our questions. Attention to details and safety are needed to be able to compete with similar properties and put this home into a preferred destination category. Potential.»

«We had an extended family stay here and it was such a lovely spot to be. We had plenty of room for everybody, and found the accommodations to be well appointed. The decor was done tastefully and it was very clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. «Beautiful property. House was very stocked with various items for use. Pond was awesome. Kids loved playing and kayaking in it. Only disappointment was that the temperature in the upstairs bedroom was too warm for our comfort. But, it was a hot weekend when we we're there. Also, not use to well water and it had a very strong odor. But, bottled drinking water was supplied. Wonderful place for a secluded getaway for our large family from 1 to 75 years of age. »
