With private beach access just 350 yards away at Tang-O-Mar, you’ll be soaking up the sun in no time. The gourmet kitchen features an inviting island perfect for gatherings, while the first floor welcomes you with a grand two-story entryway featuring a Juliette balcony and two king master suites. The living room includes a cozy sleeper sofa, and there's convenient poolside access from a half bathroom. On the second floor, you'll discover guest bedrooms that are both spacious and thoughtfully designed. Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have two queen beds and balcony access, while bedroom 3 features twin-over-full bunk beds. Bedrooms 4 and 5 offer comfortable queen beds, ensuring everyone has a restful retreat.With accommodations for up to 20 guests, Sapphire by the Sea is the perfect hidden gem for creating unforgettable beach memories with family and friends!

Sapphire by the Sea is located in a secluded neighborhood along an old oyster shell road leading to an undisturbed stretch of beautiful beach. It is located less than a mile from the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation's largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Amazing property and location! The house was clean, spacious, and accommodating. The backyard is where we spent most of our time playing pool, pickleball, and swimming. The pictures online do not do this backyard justice, it is much larger than what I thought it would be. A little more lighting around the pickleball court would be nice, but that would be my only suggestion. The private beach access and golf cart parking really made it easy to get to and from the beach. I would highly recommend this property, and we will be coming back!

Sapphire by the sea

We had 20 people from all ages stay here. Unfortunately it rained most of the time and it would’ve been a rough visit if we didn’t have the heated pool. The kids and adults loved all the amenities. We had a small maintenance issue that no one could have anticipated and the management office was quick and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend a stay here

Great family vacay!

This property was in a great location, just a quick ride down the street to the beach thanks to the golf cart. Very close to restaurants and things to do. We really enjoyed the pool (we had it heated as the weather was a little cool during our stay) and the covered pool table. The house was the perfect set-up for our large family. A few things need fixed/replaced and the house could use a deep cleaning, but all in all it did not affect our vacation and we were very happy with our stay. We would definitely recommend to others and will likely return.

This house was perfect for our group! 3 families had plenty of room and enjoyed everything this home had to offer. The house was clean and spacious. There were plenty of beds for 3 families with kids ranging from 16-26. The golf cart was perfect for back and forth beach trips. We loved the private pool and sand volleyball too. Overall this was a great house and we would love to stay here again

Weekend get away

Something for everyone!

The property's indoor and outdoor spaces provide lots of opportunities for fun! The bunk room provides lots of space for children to play. The great room was wonderful whether play games, working puzzles, dining or watching a game on TV. Outdoors offered the pool, pool table, sand volleyball. The beach was easily accessible with a short walk. The golf cart made it so easy to transport beach gear. It is a wonderful place to stay!

Amazing stay for Thanksgiving Reunion

This was our first chance as a family to get together since the pandemic and I am so glad we chose this property. The house was amazing, clean and well stocked with linens and dishes/pots/pans for prepping our Thanksgiving dinner. The pool was amazing but due to the temperature we were unable to use. We did reach out to the property managers and learned that when the night time temp drops below 50, the heater will cut off. I did recommend that this be disclosed on the property information. Customer service and recovery were excellent and after opening the ticket they did issue a refund for the fee. The area is perfect with shopping, restaurants, movies all within a short 15-20 min drive. Again due to weather we didn’t spend as much time at the beach but the golf cart was convenient did the few times we took the short drive up. Definitely would revisit for a warm summer vacation!

Celebrating 80 years

House was clean, kitchen provided all we needed. Pool table need some maintenance and outside furniture needs cleaning. Heated pool was wonderful. One safety issue inside the house was the rugs in 2 of the bedrooms had curled up corners (the corners had a lot of wear) and made it hazardous. I personally feel once and stumbled several times. But over all it was a beautiful house to celebrate 80 years of life. The most disappointing thing was the lack of effort to try to give us an early check in, when calling all they could say is the policy and they cared very little that the house was already serviced and we were sitting outside waiting for 3 hours. Very poor customer service.

Great place for our group getaway

This house was wonderful for our Fall Break getaway with our big group of friends/family! Check in was super easy and we got in earlier than anticipated. The rooms/beds were all as stated in the description. Compass Resorts was easy to work with. We had a great time. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing property

We had a great time, the house was amazing and exactly as expected. Well kept house, very clean, quick 3-5 min walk to the beach or 1 min golf cart ride. We had 20 people ranging from infants to grandparents and we had plenty of space. The pool is also really great to have when you need a break from the sand. The beach area was not overly crowded and the white sand was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

Tang o mar vacation

My family had a wonderful trip. The house was very nice. The pool was very nice, and we enjoyed that it was heated. The house was close enough to walk to the beach, but the provided golf cart made it much easier to get our stuff to and from. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our time.

Large group friendly

Minor cosmetic problems but overall house is perfect for large gatherings! Some of the smaller things like, garage door not fixed, pool lights not working, lights were burnt out across the property, and the dryer didn't dry very well. These things would have been nice if they worked, but didn't hinder our fun! The private beach is just down the road and the golf cart made it easy to carry all the beach stuff. Weather was rainy and we loved having the covered patio outback next to the pool, between rain we jumped in! Will definitely consider this location in the future.

Fun for all the family

There was plenty of room inside and out. Bedrooms were very spacious. The outdoors needs a few updates, pool table needs new cues and the volleyball net has many holes. Overall we had a great time and loved the closeness to the beach.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Heaven. The layout and amenities provided us with a lot of choices for entertaining ourselves throughout the week. The backyard space was wonderful and the golf cart was a big help for transporting our youngest ones to and from the beach. The maintenance teams get 5 stars for their efficient response time and service whenever we contacted them.. The Compass Resorts app made it very easy to check in, get help with issues, and check out after out stay.

Perfect Spacious House close to Beach!

This house was absolutely perfect for my 19 family members. Young and old loved this house. I cannot think of one thing that would make this house more perfect. (Unless you can stick it right on the beach:-) ). Being just a small walk to the beach made it affordable for us. And the golf cart made it so perfect. We used the outside patio for every meal. All the activities for the kids outside were so amazing. Thank you for sharing your home!!
