First off there are signs everywhere stating that you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee if your room smells like smoke. The whole hotel smells like stale smoke. Especially in the rooms. We literally were watched and listened too. Had our lock on the keyed door changed while we were out at a funeral. ...

Cozy cabin with backyard stream close to Au Sable River and the best ATV trails
Awesome place. You're in a depression with most neighbors above you so very nice. The creek is nice. The only bad part was the whole area was ice due to the storms. We actually got stuck trying they up the hill. Oweners had us out in an hr. Very nice.Would be an awesome place to stay in good weather. ...
