This space is perfect for singles, couples, or small families coming to visit loved ones or friends gathering for an event. Enjoy the entire 3rd floor to yourself and your guests. When you first enter your 3rd floor home, you'll walk up stairs to lead you up to your comfortable stay. With the unit being on the 3rd floor, you will need to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to the home. Next, you'll enter an open kitchen and dining area which includes all of your cooking essentials, plenty of plates and glasses for dining and a fully stocked coffee bar. You'll then enter your cozy living room area complete with a fold out couch that can be used as an additional full size bed. Enjoy a large Roku TV with all your favorite apps to catch up on your favorite shows. Then enter your bedroom through stylish french doors and enjoy your luxurious king size bed. Enjoy the unique ceiling window above the bed and a large Roku TV and USB charging ports for your convenience.

In addition to all of these luxuries, this home also includes:

* High Speed Wi-Fi with speeds of 900mbps
* Roku TV's in living room and bedroom featuring free HBO Max, Starz, Paramount+, Amazon Prime, Hulu and Disney+
* Designated alley parking spot and street parking

We were here for a working vacation. Internet was great, location was handy and hosts were accomodating to our weird hours! Thanks so much! I would definately recommend and stay again. I loved the off street parking in back. We also loved the access to the Light Rail station and rode that into downtown Minneapolis a few time.

Wonderful stay at Serenity Suite! My husband and I stayed for four days to see the Yankees play the Twins. Location is great, just minutes outside of the city. The suite itself is well equipped, cozy. Hosts are very responsive, on-site but did not actually see anyone. Would definitely recommend!

It's a really cute place to go on a vacation pretty close to the city.Good wi fi. T v in living room and bedroom, good a.C you can make it very cold. Our two cats stayed with us and they loved it. One of our cats kept loving to look up at the skylight, and so did we.

Check-in instructions were clear and easy, although with other rentals I have typically gotten them before I left home for the trip (within 12-24 hours of the stated check-in time). So I was a bit surprised when I contacted the owner the morning of, and was told they typically send them out at 1:00. They did send them though right away so that was all good. The place was very nicely updated. All the kitchen dishes, utensils,towels, and pretty much everything seemed brand new. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the ductless air conditioner and ceiling fan were both whisper quiet. We were in town to visit our son and daughter-in-law and the location could not have been any more convenient. Although we didn't use the outdoor spaces at all since we were only there two nights and temps were in the 90's, it looked very inviting. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Serenity Suite stay

Steven and Katie have wonderful hospitality. They were quick to ask if I needed any additional things to make my stay better. Upon arrival the space was clean, quiet and safe. The yard was lush, teeming with birds and very calming. The skylight window above the bed brought me so much comfort. There's a beautiful park with a large pond and lots of trees about 20 minutes away, which is great if you're traveling with active dogs. As a solo woman with dogs I felt safe on my way to and in the park. I would consider staying with Steven and Katie again upon my return to the Minneapolis area.

Wonderful Stay!

I had a great stay at this Vrbo in Minneapolis! The space was clean, well-organized, and exactly as described. The hosts were incredibly nice and went out of their way to be helpful with any issues or needs that came up. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place in the Twin Cities area!

Just the right size with easy access

This property was just the right size for me and my dog, would also be great for a couple.Having a fenced backyard made my dog extremely happy since it was way too cold to go for a walk.It has easy access to downtown and is close to a shopping area with groceries etc.The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a beautiful cast iron tub.This is where I would say if you have balance issues, this might not be the place for you. I have them and getting in and out of the shower/tub was a little scary. But that is a me issue, not a fault of the property!

Surprisingly Private and Cozy!

We have very few complaints about our stay here! The owners communicated and everything was as stated. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with amenities and the bedroom was very cozy. My favorite addition was the skylight in the bedroom. It made for very serene evenings and peaceful mornings!The location was probably the least favorite because of the alley parking and proximity to neighbors. But once you're inside you barely notice it! It was a great stay for us!

Great for solo travelers

I'm a 22F and felt safe both on and off the property. The neighborhood is rather quiet, and I felt fine walking alone at night. Definitely would recommend someone to stay here. Other people on the property were quiet too which was really nice.

Extremely Accommodating

This host was an absolute life saver for me as I was moving to MN! They were friendly and were willing to accommodate for myself and my fur babies!! I would definitely stay with them again, not to mention they were extremely friendly and the my pup loved the fenced yard after a long drive!
