Everything was great, only downside was I got a balcony room with a view specifically only to find out that they lock the balconies shut during the winter so you cannot use them.

Room was clean and fully stocked. Winter activities did not live up to expectations. Equipment available (snowshoes) but no where to use it. No trails or even suggestions of where we could go to snowshoe. Snow and ice removal could have been improved. Limited parking due to snow. Ice buildup on road ...
