Red Cedar Chalet on Brady Lake (Sauna and hot tub)

Chalet with floor to ceiling windows overlooking Brady Lake-sleeps 16. Winterized bunkie+loft (sleeps 5), 8-person hot tub & 20` wood sauna. Sled off the deck stairs onto the frozen lake, fish & swim 110` of waterfront with sandy beach in the summer. Escape the bugs & elements in the large cozy screened in porch, embrace the outdoors around the fire pit (wood supplied). Mins to LOB/HATVA & OFSC trails. Close to Sir Sam`s Ski/Bike & golf courses.

Large 3 bedroom + loft / 2 bathroom, open concept living space with gas fire place and stunning views. There also is a bunkie with a loft that sleeps an extra 5 people. The bunk has its own coffee bar with mini fridge, water cooler, smart TV with Xbox + games as well as old school arcade. The min floor of the bunkie has a pull out section couch (sleeps 3) and a king size bed in the loft (sleeps 3). A fully stocked kitchen with plenty of prep room, coffee bar and a large dining table. The screened in porch can be used year round as added living space.



A few steps up from the main living area consist 2 bathrooms. First bathroom off the hallway and the other is a semi-private suite from the master bedroom . Master bedroom features a custom built King sized bed as well as a folding crib. Middle bedroom has a loft with a king-sized sleep space, overlooking a double bed. Third bedroom has a single over double bunk with an additional single trundle for extra sleep space.



Step out of the sliding glass doors onto a 60 foot deck for even more entertaining space! Here you will find a Napoleon 7-burner BBQ, 2-level Smokey Mountain Smoker and an 8 seater cast iron dining table. This large level lots allows for plenty of space to run and play with a large wooden play structure guaranteed to keep the kids busy for hours (use at your own risk - we are not responsible for any injuries that may occur). At the waters edge there two large floating docks and a brand new 16`x16` deck with a dining set for 4. The gradual-entry sandy beach for the young kids, deep diving off the dock for everyone else. There is a giant floating lily pad, canoes, paddle boards and kayaks.

Along with the use of the 8-person hot tub, all guests are welcome to use the on-site sauna. The Sauna is a 20-foot wood burning barrel sauna with an attached lounge area. However, the main guest must contact the host to obtain instructions prior to use. After consent of understanding the risks, terms and conditions you will be provided with an access code for entry.

Entertainment access: Amazon Fire Stick with access to Netflix, Disney Plus, Prime, Spotify and You-Tube. Wifi (cottage speed)

Family Fun For Everyone

This is a terrific property for an extended family getaway. We were 8 adults, 2 toddlers, an infant and a dog. The sauna and hot tub were wonderful relaxing activities for the adults and the cottage was child and dog-friendly. Since we had toddlers crawling on the floor I was particular about cleanliness. I passed my observations of where improvements were needed on to the property manager and he was very responsive.We used the three bedrooms in the cottage as well as the bunkie and everyone was comfortable, even when the temperature went down to minus 31 Celsius!

Everything as advertised and more!

We stayed a week with family - 6 adults and 3 children. This cottage was extremely well-equipped for fun on the beach and water to indoor entertainment options, sleeping comfort, and kitchen supplies. We spent sunny days playing in the expansive yard, sitting on the waterfront deck, using the many options of water craft, fishing off the dock, and building sand castles on the private beach. Evenings all 9 of us cuddled on the couch to watch movies. Our single rainy day we played board games, did puzzles and enjoyed the spacious cottage for quiet time. This is a wonderful place for families.

Great Long Weekend Stay

My mom, husband, and I had a great weekend at the cottage. It was very clean and comfortable and just like the pictures. Loved the fact the showers were both walk-in. The huge deck was fantastic for hanging out on, complete with a dart board. The smaller deck down by the dock made it very easy and accessible for us. The lake is nice and quiet and we enjoyed the paddle boards, water trampoline and floating mat. Although there was another cottage quite close, it was a very quiet and relaxing stay. We would definitely recommend!

Fantastic Cottage

We spent a week at Peter's cottage a week ago with our family and my wife's sisters family and had a very positive experience and would highly rate this cottage. The water had a sandy area great for the kids and a nice shallow entrance. My wife fell in love with the spa on the odd cool evening we had. The cottage had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. The outdoor lighting in the evening was very beautiful around the campfire. Highly recommend this cottage and we will be back again

Great Cottage only 2 hours from Toronto

We just got back from this cottage today and we have nothing but positive things to say. We were a group of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids ages 5 - 11) and we had a great stay. The beds were comfortable and the cottage was clean. There was lots to do during the rainy moments between having wifi, board games, and the xbox. 2 of the kids stayed up in the king-size loft and they loved it. It was like their own little room that they would even use if they needed some down time. The lake, although not very large, was very quiet. We had lots of fun. The fishing was great (we caught bass, sunfish, perch, one muskie, and a few surprise walleye). We also had fun tubing on the lake. Lots of space to go whipping around and not have to worry too much about other boats. We never used the sauna, but the hot tub was great. We had a bit of a concern and I messaged Peter and he sent someone right away and everything was good. I was very happy with the customer service we received. Overall this cottage was perfect for a week long family vacation. Thank you Peter for a great stay!!

Winter Getaway

Amazing location, excellent cottage with everything we needed for our little guys. They had a blast sledding off the deck and warming up with the hot tub. There were ample toys and games to keep them busy and the bunk beds were a hit. The view of the nature scape surrounding you is priceless. Would love to visit in the summer!

Can't wait to book again!

This property has everything to offer. We were a party of 9 people and a few fur babies, and not a single complaint was heard during our stay. This was due to the fact they had so much to offer. Our trip was booked as a Christmas gift to our family so we could recharge and reconnect from our busy lives. Peter our host was very accommodating and easily accessible through email and text. The day of our arrival Peter informed us one of the roads was unavailable, leaving us plenty of time to change our arrival route. As your trip approaches, Peter touches base with you and provides lots of information and rules regarding your stay. Do not be put off by some of the possible charges, they are there for those who don't respect others' properties. If you are going to rent, remember someone has put a lot of love into this place, and deserves to be respected and taken care of. We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect!

First off, Peter (the owner) is very approachable. We didn't have a hard time communicating with him. The dates we booked are supposed a private use for his wife's birthday but he accomodated our request. So thanks again, Peter and wife! Secondly, the cottage is PERFECT. Perfect location, perfect layout especially with kids and it's just cozy that we felt like we're HOME. Lastly, THE LAKE! The cottage is in front of the lake and there are canoes, kayaks and paddle boards available for use; kids had so much fun! Definitely a fun-filled stay and I'm sure kids will cherish this experience for as long as they could remember. Definitely going to book again!

Loved the property!

We had a wonderful time on this property. The cottage itself is warm and inviting and nicely decorated! Great layout! We had 10 adults staying and there was plenty of room. The enclosed screen porch was fabulous to have. We kept the coolers out there along with all the shoes etc. The deck is big and beautiful, but the back sliding door is very hard to open. The owner was very quick to respond with any questions we had and helped out as best he could. We would definitely come back to this property. I would have rated it all 5 stars, but there where a few things that were lacking when we arrived. The place was clean except the beds. The cleaning service did not remove the old sheets. Make sure to bring your own bedding. The towels where not stocked as indicated - bring extra towels, paper towels and toilet paper where not provided we had to go out and buy some - cleaning service did not stock what was required. If you are cooking for a # of people, you might want to bring some baking pans as there was only 1…otherwise everything else you need is there! Crystal R.

10/10 Best place for getaway

A wonderful place with a beautiful view. Clean and very very well equipped with all your needs. Games, tv, generator, proper kitchen, washroom, bedrooms. Everything was excellent. Time and money both well spent. Will definetely go again.
