**THE SPACE**

Walkable to art galleries, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery stores, parks, and the Milwaukee River. Weekly Farmers Market held May - Oct every Sunday

I would like to make sure guests know our house is kid friendly but not child proof. There are also steep stairs leading in the home so anyone with mobility issues would have trouble accessing the home.

There are 2 properties on this lot. There is a tenant in the rear home so please be mindful of noise and tenant privacy.


**SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS**

The bedroom on the first floor has a twin size bed with TV in room and luggage rack.

Two bedrooms upstairs: Primary with queen bed and upstairs bedroom with twin trundle beds

Additional sleeping for $25 per person nightly: Primary has queen air mattress. The first floor living-room couch has pulls out sleeper sofa. Also, upstairs living room has a sleeper couch.

There are three Amazon Fire TV (no cable) but comes with entertainment apps & local television channels, and Wi-Fi connection is available upon arrival.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your basic cooking needs. Coffee bar is fully stocked for your convenience.

There a steamer to use instead of iron.

To help preserve the beauty and condition of the wood floors, we ask that everyone please remove their shoes upon entering. Feel free to bring your own slippers, socks or soft soled but we also provide complimentary shoe booties located by the front door.

Please no smoking/vaping or any drugs of any kinds inside and/or no burning of any candles or incense. Smoking can be done away from the doors and please dispose of smoking remnants appropriately.

Getting around
