«This was the perfect getaway for me. Barb and Barbs farm is beautiful! The apartment was cozy and clean. It was an added bonus getting the farm tour with the goats and an extra added bonus being greeted by kitty cats. I would definitely stay here again! »

«This was our third stay at one of Evan’s properties. Every time has been a great experience. We love how close the home is to Ithaca College and much prefer the area than staying in the commons. Beautiful property and nice area to walk the dogs. Our college daughter loves we can bring a bit of home when we visit her by staying there… can bring the dogs, make home cooked meals or get carry out, watch movies together, etc. Home is well stocked and clean.
