«We had the best time at Marisa's place. It was a charming and comfortable home, and, for our purposes, was an excellent location as we were on a bit of a tour to visit a few different towns where famous American authors lived. Near the house, we found good food -- Prairie Whale and Xicohtencatl Restaurant were our faves -- and my favorite dirty Chai ever at Cafe Holli. We also enjoyed Get Lit Bookstore and Wine Bar. «Emily’s place was great. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Lots of towels and supplies in the kitchen .It was the perfect location as you could walk to town and the lake. We never had to use our car all weekend. Emily was also incredibly responsive. We had a question at check in and she immediately answered our call. In the evening we messaged her through the app as the question was not urgent and it was late at night so didn’t want to disturb her. She responded immediately and solved ...

«We had coordinated an early check-in, but when we arrived, the house hadn’t been cleaned yet which was a miscommunication. I reached out to Catherine and she promptly responded and got the cleaners RIGHT over. The house was spotless and in wonderful condition for the rest of our stay, and it was dealt with very quickly and wonderfully. Would definitely stay again. The house was great for our girls trip. Also the beds are very comfortable!! »

We loved the open concept that provided a great space for cooking, hanging out and playing games together while enjoying a beautiful view. «2 empty nester couples visiting on a rainy weekend. House was exactly as advertised. Beautiful decor & comfortable furnishings. Communication with host excellent. Walkable to village of Stockbridge which was great. Host provided excellent recommendations on local attractions especially valuable on dreary weather. Highly recommend to adults, will return if in area.»
