«We had a great stay while skiing for 2 days at nearby Catamount ski resort. The kitchen and house were fully stocked with all essentials. Netflix access enabled us to enjoy a family movie after a long day of skiing. Cozy house and quiet area.......nice to wake up to hear birds chirping!!»

«This is a beautiful older home and I loved its charm. The wrap around porch is so quaint. However, the listing mentioned steep staircase but not to the extent that it was actually unsafe for my elderly parents. You can literally step out of the bedroom and bathroom on the 2nd floor and tumble down the stairs as the stairs don’t match up to the doorways. There is a bedroom on the 1st floor but the bed is pushed against the all so again my mother couldn’t get out. Also there are only 2 claw foot ...

«The house was really cute and comfortable. It had a nice private location, but was really close to town where we enjoyed the farmers market, Barberos and Babettes. Marsha recommended Wethersfield Estates, which was amazing, as was Innisfree Gardens. Would definitely go back!»

«We had a lovely weekend stay for a quick family get-away. The main kitchen and living area has spectacular views onto the lake as does the deck where we spent most of our time. The lake is just across the very quiet street. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, the host super responsive and the rooms very comfortable. We did not use the well equipped basement work-out and additional TV space but it looked great. Easy to get to grocery store, hikes, local attractions but honestly we just loved ...

«The property was gorgeous, the house large enough to accommodate our group. The kitchen was well stocked. We used the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and pool table. The indoor and outdoor speakers were a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this home I had to reach out to our host 2 days before check in to find out how to get in- usually that is communicated earlier than that. «This house has an ideal location to see lots of local sites of interest in the Hyde Park and Poughkeepsie area. Easy trip from there to West Point, Hyde Park and the Culinary Institute from the location, and great restaurant, Tiramasu, is very close. The house is immaculate! The beds were very comfortable, linens were provided, the bathrooms were spacious and the five of us had plenty of room for our toiletries. «We really enjoyed our stay! We had a large group of 24 friends, and the house met all of our needs. It was very clean, had enough bedrooms for everyone, and a large dining table that accommodated everyone for big dinners. We spent a lot of time throughout the weekend outside playing lawn games and sitting by the fire.
