«The whole place is exceptional! We have stayed before and as a family it’s one of our happy places. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, facilities are spotless and it’s a beautiful setting and interior design. «From when we arrived to when we left, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
During our stay, there were half term activities for the kids and extra swimming times.
We enjoyed the Italian restaurant one evening, but was disappointed the other restaurant was closed. High tea and breakfast in the orchid room was great.
Our room was spacious and very comfortable!
Will definitely be visiting again. »

«Brilliant stay! The kids loved it, however one thing I will say is we was in room 207 and the treasure chest hunt within the room does not match up and it was impossible so I ended up goggling it and other people also staying in that room said that it didn’t work so luckily the code was shared on there which we used. We will definitely be back as my children would like to try the priate room next! »
