The kids loved it, however one thing I will say is we was in room 207 and the treasure chest hunt within the room does not match up and it was impossible so I ended up goggling it and other people also staying in that room said that it didn’t work so luckily the code was shared on there which we used. We will definitely be back as my children would like to try the priate room next! »

«Absolutely outstanding! We came on a busy Valentine's weekend, but all the staff were super-helpful and the whole place buzzed with efficient excitement! We had a speedy check-in and enjoyed a scrumptious afternoon tea (very highly recommended.) Then we had drinks by the fire-pit. Romantic! Our room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. And breakfast in the morning was great, with more brilliant service. A truly memorable stay!»

«The whole place is exceptional! We have stayed before and as a family it’s one of our happy places. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, facilities are spotless and it’s a beautiful setting and interior design. The food wasn’t as good as our previous stays the restaurant was a little slow and our food was on the cold side but the charming staff made up for it. «Hotellet har flott fasade og fin resepsjon og drawing room og oak rom i 1 etasje. Moderne bad men noe slitt rom med burgunderrød teppe. Dobbel seng er ikke kingsize seng, kanskje 160 bredde. . Vi hadde et stort rom uten minibar og utdatert/nærmest utilgjengelig vannkoker. Det finnes ikke heis og det var et labyrint av smale og bratte trapper. «If you are going to Windsor, this is THE hotel to YOU have to stay at. We were here for two nights and we were able to walk around the town shopping, we looked at the castle, which is literally just across the road. Cafes, restaurants, clothes shops, pubs, bookstore are within walking distance. The hotel has many beautiful seating areas around the quiet reception.
