Min kone og jeg var meget fornøyde med vårt opphold på dette hotellet. Luxerious og elegant interiør. Rommet er spacious, spotless, meget behaggelig og komfertabl. Top restaurant og bar. SPA avdeling er en klasse for seg. Personalle på hoteliet var rett og slett exepsjonelle. Vi anbefaler dette hotellet med god samvitighet.

Fantastisk bra hotell
Vi tok toget fra Malpensa flyplassen til togstasjonen, Milano Centrale (endestasjon). Hotellet ligger bare 100 meter fra togstasjonen. Veldig praktisk tilgang. Hotellet ble utvidet og renovert i desember 2014 og fremstår som meget luksuriøst, moderne og stilfullt. Vårt rom var et premium dobbeltrom som var helt passelig stort og av høy kvalitet. Topp service på alle måter og meget vennlig personale. Stort spa-anlegg (som ikke var helt ferdig) og trimrom med bra utrustning. Høy standard på frokostbufeen. Hotellet får vår beste anbefaling.

This was such a lovely property-my room had views of the gorgeous central station and parks surrounding. Staff and service were so very nice and helpful-dining at The Terrace was fabulous and again—-that view was magnificent. Was a female traveling alone and felt so safe and comfortable. I am so disappointed, I booked a room in this hotel with a lot of time in advance, and planned to stay there with my friends, but when the day came, I was told that they couldn’t provide me with a room and they told me two different stories as of “why”. This proved that they simply decided to cancel my reservation, probably for someone that payed a last minute over priced room. I will never come back to this hotel, nor I recommend it as it was an inconvenience for our trip logistics and no one cared. Very dissatisfied with how they handled things. If I would have canceled, they wouldn’t refund my money, but in this case, they didn’t wanted to refund my money. Very unprofessional!

Didn’t enjoy the stay.
The front desk reception weren't welcoming , rude and unhelpful. Every time i ask a question she seemed more bothered. Over priced, furniture is worn out and terrible service.

Poor treatment received upon check in. I called at 7am that morning to request a room with two beds. I was with my mother and arrived at 12:00pm our room was not ready until 4pm. After being told it would be ready at 2:00pm. I am a titanium member and was treated rudely by front desk manager and then screamed at by the front desk staff when I asked for a water while waiting. Caused me to miss an important meeting that was scheduled in advance.
