«Great location, great host! The cottage was cozy, clean, and comfortably decorated. We enjoyed being at the ranch, seeing the animals, and enjoying the peace and quiet! But we had business in Dallas and McKinney so the location was very convenient. And of course, when I needed to pick up something from the market, it was just two exits down.LOVED the spot and all of the amenities. Will definitely stay again when in the area.»

«Used for one night, enjoyed the foosball table for a little bit, beds were very hard making it difficult to sleep after a busy day and traveling. The most important thing in any stay is the ability to rest well and it was hard. Check in was complicated by additional steps required by owner, including mandatory security deposit and picture of document. »

«I stayed here with 6 people total, and we were all very comfortable with the amount of space this barn offered both in the bedrooms and the field adjacent to the barn. It’s wonderfully decorated and my group spent tons of time outside around the fire pit playing games and having s’mores. The host was very quick responding to my messages and accommodating. Although the one bathroom may cause issue for groups greater than 6, we did not have a problem with it. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! »

«When I arrived at the home it was very nice on the outside. I went in with my daughter in law and my grandson. We started putting our bags and groceries down. My grandson picked up a ballon that was on the floor and that’s when we noticed. There was pet hair everywhere all over the floor, furniture and the bedrooms upstairs. The tub was nasty it looked like someone had just taken a shower and just left the tub as is. I reached out to the owner Vincent immediately and advised of the condition of ...

«Everything was fantastic! Just a couple of items to help your next guests, did not deter from 5 stars. Hallway bathroom shower drained very slowly, should probably get checked. Master bedroom closet has a light going out. Thanks again!»

«I was in the area to visit family that lives close by for Christmas. I wasn't at the house much but it was so nice to have a safe, comfortable place to relax for the night. My favorite part was the garage that I was able to park my pickup in and not worry about it either night.»
