It is perfect location for shopping, restaurants and the ferry, and very easy to get around the area but in a very quiet area so great to relax. May be a bit more hectic during summer but everything was very accessible and close. Lovely view from deck. Wish there was easier access to the water other than the dock but very marshy and overgrown so no access but still nice to view from the deck and dock. Would consider a return ...

«The setting is beautiful, an open meadow and garden. The working farm chickens, ducks, sheep and 2 llamas nearby added to the charm. The house is in great mix of an old house with modern systems. Drake and her husband are more than happy to help with questions but are also busy running the farm so you have privacy as well. Highly recommended.»

«Our final weekend of summer was spent at this little gem of a cottage. The house was lovely, cozy and clean upon arrival. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The beach was a 5 minute drive away. The hostess was so attentive to every text I sent. She also left us multiple treats for the adults and my son. A fantastic way to finish up the summer. We would go back in a heartbeat!»

«I stayed here with my family for two nights. The cottage was perfect for our party of four. Very clean. Parking at front door. Plenty of space to move around, as well as privacy if needed thanks to the two floors. Beds were super comfortable. Bathrooms were beautiful and clean. Kitchen had everything you needed. It’s only 15 minutes to downtown Newport and nearby the beaches. The vineyard next door was a great place to grab a delicious bite to eat. Will definitely return!»

«We came for our daughter’s graduation and the location was perfect for us as she lives 15 minutes walking from the cottage. The cottage is clean and has everything we needed. «Great location, hot shower, comfy beds, clean beach house, sm back porch with some privacy. Futons need to tossed into the garage, extremely uncomfortable. I tolerated the neighbor working (putting up shingles) (nail gun and table saw) on his house all day long Saturday, but when he started again on early Sunday morning, I was upset. Being our first time in RI, its location gave us easy access to Middletown and Newport, as well as a 30-40 minute drive to the Providence area. We loved the seclusion the cottage offered. «This is a cozy bungalow, perfect location, close to the beach and restaurants. We had just a few issues..when we arrived at 3:15 (check in 3pm) it wasn’t cleaned from the previous guests but I called Derek (the host) he sent over the cleaning person right away at 4p. But the last thing we wanted to do after a long 5 hour drive with cold food was find a spot until 5:30 to wait for it to be cleaned so it was a late check in.
