This cozy apartment features 🛌 one bedroom with two full-size beds, ideal for an amazing stay in the city with up to 4 guests! 🏙️ There`s one spacious bathroom, perfect for everyone’s comfort. You’ll also find a washer and dryer 🧼 for added convenience.

✨ Furniture and decor may vary from the photos, as we regularly update them to keep everything fresh and top-notch.

Need space for one more? 🛋️ A fifth guest can sleep comfortably on the cozy sofa!

All areas of the property are fully accessible! 🚪
At the back of the building, you can deposit your garbage using the same code as the front door. ♻️

There is a residential parking lot, and only vehicles with the resident sticker can park there. 🅿️ However, we’ve had hundreds of reservations where guests have parked without a tag, with no issues.

🚗 For added peace of mind, we recommend using a public parking lot nearby:

Open Monday to Sunday from 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.

The fees are managed directly by the parking lot operators, and we don’t provide pricing to avoid giving outdated information. 🔄

Neighborhood is very nice, Young Professional people, families and animal lovers bring life to the surroundings.
You will find Volleyball courts, space where you can work out and run close to the bay. Near the building you will find a rental car, jetski, boats and more if you want to have fun at water. Come and Enjoy with us!!!

You are close to the MetroMover (takes you to downtown and all of the Brickell area for free) Metro Station (takes you to the Airport and Miami Downtown Area). 8-10 minutes away from the Beach.
We are centrally located to all the prime destinations. We are about a 15 min drive to Miami Airport, Miami Beach, Brickell, Design District, Midtown, and Wynwood. To help with your trip planning and simulate distances, use the adress of our property in any map application for advance planning!

Before your arrival, please double-check a few important details to avoid any surprises:
✅ Save the check-in guidelines (available offline and provided 3 days before arrival).
⚡ If you’re traveling from overseas, note that electricity in the USA is 110V, and plug adapters might be necessary.

🚫 No pets allowed (although we do love them! 🐾❤️).
🚭 No smoking indoors (outdoor smoking is fine—just make sure to dispose of cigarette butts properly).

⚠ Friendly reminder: You are staying in a home, so treat it with care, just like your own. If anything comes up, we will act ASAP to resolve the issue.

📦 Package deliveries:
We are NOT responsible for packages (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) sent to the property. Please avoid sending orders to this address.
If a package needs to be collected, a $50 USD fee will be charged to cover time and effort. Thanks for understanding!

🚗 Parking tip: As mentioned, many guests have parked in front of the building without issues. However, we are not responsible if you choose to park there. Use your discretion!

Your Satisfaction is our top priority, we want you to have an amazing time with us, but also there are some aspects you need to KEEP IN MIND.

This is a residential home, our neighbors are families and our friends, we want to keep the good relation with them after your visit. The house main goal is to provide guests a nice space for them to rest, sleep and have a nice experience. Music at decent levels is always welcome, so is sharing time with your people. However, parties, loud events, exceeding the amount of people allowed, drugs comsuption and other serious issues will lead to eviction, which is the last thing we want to do.

We just want you to follow basic rules, we trusted you by hosting you, don`t let us down :)

Smoking is adamantly prohibited inside the property, you could always smoke outside ( taking care of cigarret butts), if place is found smelling like cigarretes/other substances you will be fined, airbnb is taking seriously this matter as it affects coming guests. Penalty could go from 100 usd to 300. By booking you agree to pay this fee.

-Strictly prohibited productions or events at location.
-Pets are not allowed
-Only the number of guests on the reservation are allowed to stay over.
-No food or drinks are allowed on the bedrooms. The bedding linens and/or carpet will be replaced at your cost if found stained. .
- Please check out at 11, (any other time has to be mutually agreed), last thing we want is take money from your deposit for late check out. (50 usd every 30 min)
- If provided with keys, there wil be a $ 100 charge if lost
- If you stain or break the towels or sheets during your stay, there will be a charge: Towels $10 Sheets $ 40
- If you dont park in the assigned place, your car might be towed at your own expense

WE`D RATHER KEEP YOU FROM SHIPPING orders or packages to our location, in the case we need to send someone to collect your order, a fee of 50 usd has to be paid before picking the package as we need to pay for someones time and errand. We appreciate the understanding.
