One parking spot in a separate garage at 1221 Brickell Ave. Parking pass registration required with a one-time fee of $30. Valet parking services available with varying rates.

★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:
Front desk package holding available, with no mailbox key access.

★ EXTRAS:
Concierge services for booking boats, chefs, massages, etc. These are local, third-party services, not affiliated with the property owner.We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

The building also offers valet parking services. The rate is $4 for 4 hours or $20 for overnight parking. Resident who wishes to utilize the valet service (cannot be used as a second parking space) may sign up for the monthly service at a cost of $200 a month. (No pro-rate) (valet service starts on 1st- 10th of each month)

★ SAFETY: We prioritize your safety, rigorously following CDC guidelines for cleaning and sanitization. Our team ensures every unit is thoroughly disinfected, and the property's perimeter is monitored with surveillance cameras for added security.

★ OBSERVATIONS: To ensure a pleasant stay for all, smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. We kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels low after 10 pm. Please note, any breach of our house rules or noise complaints may lead to cancellation without a refund. Regarding social events, please be aware that parties and large gatherings are not allowed, in line with local regulations and the owner's policies.

★ CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY: Located in a tropical zone, our property offers a warm and humid climate year-round. We recommend using sunscreen and staying hydrated, especially during occasional rainstorms. The area's rich biodiversity includes a variety of plants, reptiles, and insects. While we conduct regular inspections and monthly pest control, it's possible to encounter these local inhabitants. Rest assured, we continuously strive to manage their presence effectively.

Full access to the entire apartment and all building amenities.

An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability.

PLEASE NOTE:

* Hours allowed for visits: 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. If you have a guest that needs to stay past 11PM please reach out to us so we can register them with the building.

* You will be given the check in instructions the morning of your arrival, and the check out instructions 24 hrs prior to your departure.

There are so many options, from the free taxis, to Uber, you can easily drive anywhere as well. We recommend renting a car or taking uber.
