- Bedroom 1 (primary): king bed + a piece of furniture that converts into a twin bed, 65" Smart TV, private bathroom
- Bedroom 2: queen bed, 55" Smart TV

- Bedroom 5: king bed, 55"
- Living room: sofa bed
- Air mattress for 2 extra guests available on request
- 2.5 bathrooms: the primary has its own; bedrooms 2–5 share a full bathroom plus a half bath.

THE BACKYARD
Heated pool, mini-golf course, pool table and foosball table on a covered terrace, BBQ grill, outdoor dining table and lounge area with umbrella. The yard is fully fenced. Note: there is no lifeguard on duty, so please supervise children at the pool.

KITCHEN & LIVING
Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster and blender, dining table for the group, and a 75" Smart TV in the living room. Wi-Fi is 300+ Mbps and there is a dedicated desk if you need to work.

FOR FAMILIES
High chair, Pack 'n Play and baby bassinet on request. Washer, dryer, detergent, iron and beach towels are included. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.

ARRIVAL & PARKING
Self check-in with a smart lock from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Driveway parking for several cars in front of the house.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
A quiet residential street in Westchester, about a 10-minute walk to Coral Estates Park, with supermarkets and restaurants a short drive away. Because it is a residential area, we kindly ask for quiet after 11:00 PM; parties and events are not allowed.

Safety: exterior security cameras and a Ring doorbell at the front door only — there are no cameras inside the home.
