The Living Room
The mural is the first thing you notice, but the room itself is what keeps you. Mid-century lounge chairs, a stone fireplace, a Smart TV tucked into the shelving, and sliding glass doors that open the whole back wall to the pool and lanai. It’s a room that works for a quiet evening in just as well as it works for a full group.
The Kitchen
Fully renovated and genuinely stocked. White gloss cabinetry, quartz waterfall island with leather bar stools, farmhouse sink, Bosch wall oven with a proper range hood, and a Nespresso machine ready for your first morning. You can see the pool through the glass doors while you’re making breakfast, which makes the whole routine feel better than it has any right to. One of the nicest kitchens you’ll find in a Miami Airbnb at any price point.
The Dining Room
A walnut dining table seats six with full place settings. The sliding glass doors here open directly onto the covered lanai, so dinner can shift outside as naturally as the evening requires. There’s a vintage bar cart in the corner and hanging plants that make the room feel lived in and warm rather than staged.
The Bedrooms — Sleeps up to 8:
• Master Suite: King bed · Private en-suite bath · Quiet and private
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Trundle configuration with 4 twin beds — works well for kids, teenagers, or a flexible sleeping arrangement for a mixed group
2.5 bathrooms total. The master bath is completely private to that room.
The Covered Lanai
This is the room that surprises people. A full outdoor living room under a covered pergola — teak sofa seating, ceiling fan, string lights, geometric tiled floors, and a mounted Smart TV facing the pool. You can watch something out here in the evening without the Florida heat being a factor, which in Miami is more valuable than it sounds. The wrought-iron railings open down to the pool deck below. It’s one of those spaces where you end up spending more time than you planned.
The Pool + Backyard
A freeform private pool surrounded by mature palms, banana trees, and tropical landscaping thick enough that the backyard feels genuinely private. There’s a rattan egg chair, navy sun loungers, a market umbrella, and a BBQ grill. The landscaping does most of the work — you can’t really see or hear anything beyond the yard, which in a residential Miami neighborhood is a nicer feeling than you’d expect.
No pool heating at this property
The Details Worth Knowing About
A few things that don’t always show up in listings but matter in practice:
There’s a Level 2 EV charger on-site — an FPL Evolution Home unit that works with Tesla and all EVs. If you’re driving an electric vehicle in Miami, this is genuinely useful and relatively rare in Airbnb properties here.
There’s an outdoor shower around the side — not a quick rinse-off, a proper rain showerhead mounted on a geometric encaustic tile surround. Great after the pool.
There’s also a small outdoor fitness setup on the patio — yoga mats, an ab roller, push-up handles in a wicker basket. Low-key but it’s there if you want it.
Free covered carport parking for two vehicles.
The Neighborhood
The address sits right at the crossroads of three of Miami’s best neighborhoods — Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and Brickell are all five to ten minutes away. Calle Ocho and Little Havana are close. Vizcaya is close. Miami International Airport is closer than most people expect. And the Coconut Grove Metrorail station is within walking distance, which gives you easy access to Brickell and downtown without a car.
• 5 min to Coconut Grove waterfront and CocoWalk
• 5 min to Coral Gables Miracle Mile
• 10 min to Brickell City Centre
• 10 min to Vizcaya Museum and Gardens
• 10 min to Miami International Airport
• 15 min to Miami Beach
• 5 min to Calle Ocho and Little Havana dining
It’s a quiet residential street — genuinely peaceful at night — but you’re never more than a few minutes from whatever you came to Miami to do.
