Welcome to SuCasa Aqua, a fully renovated condo on the 20th floor at Icon Brickell. Facing east, the entire apartment fills with beautiful sunrise water views, while also overlooking the resort-style pool below. Enjoy free access to the building's amenities — pool, jacuzzi, spa, and gym — plus a complimentary parking spot, normally $60/day. Presented by SuCasa Vacay.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Pool Closure: The pool is closed Monday through Friday each week due to ongoing exterior construction. It will remain open Saturday and Sunday, weather permitting. The spa and gym will remain open and unaffected.
• Balcony Access: Building management has installed protective transparent plastic film on the balconies as part of the exterior construction project. During this time, balcony access is unavailable, and the view is partially obstructed. The listing photos show the film installed on the balcony doors/windows. The balcony is currently expected to reopen in December 2026, but this date is not guaranteed and may change.

INSIDE THE CONDO

The open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together as one connected space — water views and pool views stretch throughout, so the water is never far from sight no matter where you are. Designed with a beachy chic, modern coastal feel, it's a bright, inviting space to relax after a day exploring Miami.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals at home, with cooking essentials, cookware, and all the basics covered.

WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP

• Bedroom 1 – Primary (Sleeps 2): King bed + TV + work desk & chair + ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2): Queen bed + TV

BATHROOMS

2 full bathrooms. The primary ensuite includes a bathtub for a relaxing soak after a day in the city; the second bathroom has a cozy, spa-like feel with a green lime wash finish. Both are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, toilet paper, and hair dryers.

Guest Access:

Your stay includes access to all apartment amenities and one garage parking spot, plus amenity passes to the building's resort-style amenities. Access is limited to 4 guests.

Guests under 18 are not permitted in the gym or spa, and must be accompanied by an adult to access the pool.

For housekeeping and owner supplies, one closet in the primary bedroom remains locked. Guests still have access to a separate closet in the same room for their belongings.

Self check-in instructions will be provided before arrival.


The Neighborhood:

SuCasa Aqua is located in the same building as the prestigious W Hotel, in the heart of Brickell. Referred to as the "Manhattan of the South," Brickell is home to the largest concentration of international banks in the United States, along with many of Miami's top restaurants, world-class shops, and cultural attractions.

Treat yourself to retail therapy at Brickell City Centre, catch a concert at the Adrienne Arsht Center, or explore the latest exhibit at the Perez Art Museum. Step outside and walk to some of the city's top landmarks, or hop on the free Metromover — the Fifth Street Station is just minutes away.

It's a very walkable area with plenty of restaurants, bars, convenience stores, banks, and grocery stores nearby — Whole Foods Market is a short walk across the bridge, and Brickell City Centre is within walking distance.


Getting Around:

It's a very walkable area, with Downtown and Brickell both accessible on foot. The nearest Metromover station, Fifth Street, is a 5-minute walk away and gets you all around Downtown and Brickell for free.

Citi Bikes are available for pickup or drop-off at any station throughout Brickell, Downtown, and Miami Beach — the closest one is across the street, a 1-minute walk away ($6.50/hr).

A car or rideshare is the easiest way to explore areas further out, and we provide one complimentary parking spot in a garage across the street.

• Brickell City Centre: 2 min
• Downtown / Bayside Marketplace: 5 min
• Little Havana: 10 min
• Wynwood / Design District: 15 min
• South Beach / Miami Beach: 15 min
• Miami International Airport (MIA): 15 min

Drive times are estimates based on normal traffic conditions. During rush hour, travel times may increase substantially and can occasionally take up to twice as long.


Other Things to Note:

• NO PARTIES: Parties are not permitted.
• QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors in the building at all times.
• NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the condo. Balcony smoking is currently unavailable due to the ongoing balcony closure (see note above); once balconies reopen, smoking will be permitted there only.
• SMOKING DAMAGE FEE: If a smoke odor is detected inside the condo, a $500 smoke-remediation charge will apply, in addition to any extra cleaning costs and the replacement cost of items damaged by smoke. Guests may also be responsible for losses caused to a subsequent reservation if the condo cannot be occupied because of smoke odor.
• NO PETS: Pets are not permitted.
• LONG-TERM STAYS: For stays over 28 days, an application form with the building is required.


Interaction with Guests:

Your stay is completely private, but my wife, Vanessa, and I, your hosts at SuCasa Vacay, are always available if you need us. Self check-in instructions will be provided before arrival, and you can reach us throughout your stay with any questions or requests. We speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Vietnamese, and can also assist with other languages using translation tools. Our goal is to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.
