«The view from the Villa was amazing! Everything you may need as far as groceries is in walking distance, very spacious, inside the villa also has everything you need , The host was very attentive and responded soon. We had a last minute family member that lives in Cancun, my dad had not seen his cousin in over 35 years and that day was his birthday, since the villa is so safe with security , I called Linda and she was able to arrange for our reunion. «Muy buen lugar, así empiezan las descripciones, pero quedan cortas las palabras expresar que; casi no quisieras descansar por contemplar sus vistas a la naturaleza, y lo fácil que es relajarse y consentirse con sus vistas dentro de la habitación y jazuzzi. «My stay was just I needed. This is a small well kept boutique that appears to be family run where they are available at all times for anything that you need. «This was our first visit to Celestún, and it was a memorable one. The photos of the property were very accurate—it’s nicely decorated, clean, and charming. The location is fantastic, just steps from the beach. It was such a treat to wake up and walk a few steps to watch the sunrise over the ocean. «Relaxing and lovely spot, can’t beat the beautiful beach right out the door with pelicans floating by. Setting is definitely unique, but friendly and chill and the space very comfortable. In particular we really enjoyed the pool for our 2 year old. Some minor mishaps in communication ahead of check in but they were resolved with care and responsiveness, and we got to thoroughly enjoy the weekend. »

"Pluss: + Flott hotell + God service + God og variert mat + Flott strand Minus: - En del støy fra trafikken, spesielt for gjester som har rom i lavere etasjer. - Et klart minus er spørreundersøkelser i mathallen. Dette skaper tydelig stress blant de ansatte, som maser om at man må gi høy rating og oppgi navn for at de skal få bedre bonus. Systemet belønner de mest pågående, mens mer ydmyke ansatte havner i skyggen. Jeg har opplevd dette på flere RIU-hoteller, og det fremstår som en systemfeil. For meg som gjest oppleves dette som plagsomt, da det ødelegger roen og gjør det vanskelig å nyte middagen."
