«The location is good 5 minutes walk from the city center and 10 minutes from the beach. The hotel is very quiet, looking good but not maintained has it should be. Staff are not present, rarely there is receptionist and you have to call them if you need anything. We didn’t have any towels when we arrived and my bed sheets were dirty. No safe in the room and dishes were in bad shape.»

«Our rental was very clean and well appointed. The property manager was very helpful and available. They put us in contact with private transportation from the Cancun airport and arranged for the kitchen to be stocked when we arrived. Good snorkeling right off the beach. Could not have been more pleased with the pricing and value. We were in Cozumel for the 2020 Ironman race. The location of this rental is perfect for this event right between the swim start and first transition.»

«Amazing location, cute spot and great host! We had no issue with noise and enjoyed being right in the hustle and bustle! The villa area is very nice and felt secure and serine. The unit had mostly what we needed but prepare to just have the basics. Do lots of research before you arrive as we did get 'toursist trapped' a lot. «My stay at Oceanside Villa "Campeche" was great. Our directions were easy to follow and the entry to the Villa was easy. The house was well stocked with water and coffee and plenty of towels. The view from the oceanside patio was excellent of the morning sunrise and the Caribbean. The location was good for walking to Playa Norte and many great restaurants a couple of blocks away.
