«We went to Las Gaviotas for a 60 th birthday celebration and Scott’s house was perfect for 3 couples. The beds were comfortable, nice tiled bathrooms, big couch for everyone to stretch out, and comfortable outside lounge chairs and patio set. The owner is very communicative and always responded quickly to inquires. This is a beachfront property and it is by far the best house we have stayed in at Las Gaviotas . «We really enjoyed our stay. The house is amazing, perfect for a large family or group of friends that want to share a home with their own spaces. Location to the beach is perfect and a 1 min walk to the sand from the house. Beds are super comfy, showers are super hot once you get them warmed up, shampoo and conditioner provided was nice, kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, coffee maker and filters. «We brought 4 teens down for spring break (our son & 3 friends) and this home was perfect! The patio is huge and the views are beyond stunning. We even saw a SpaceX rocket launch one night! Sea lions frolic in the waves, we saw a gray whale & a seal while paddleboarding offshore, and surfed the waves right off the house. «40th birthday party for my boyfriend with all of our closest friends. The home was absolutely beautiful, very open and spacious for everyone. The indoor outdoor living was perfect for us. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. We loved that we could easily walk to the marina at night or catch a quick cab to downtown if needed. Would absolutely stay there again!!»

«This place in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely gorgeous! It felt super luxurious, and I loved my stay. The location on a hill meant walking everywhere wasn't always easy, but rideshares were super affordable - like $3 each way! There were just a couple of minor things that needed attention, like the TV and the shade in the living room. Overall, though, it was fantastic, and I'd definitely recommend it! 5 stars for this PV haven!»

Mario was super friendly and always answered any questions we had leading up to the stay, then Erika, the house manager, was very helpful with answers and requests during our stay! «Great location but was there was two major disappointments: 1. the pool was not heated, which we ended up not using at all because it was so cold and 2. there was a terrible sewage smell throughout the entire property. It was pretty intolerable at first but it got better as we aired out all of the rooms and restrooms. Otherwise, Gerardo was attentive and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible.»
