The Space:
Welcome to our fabulous, family-friendly home in the El Centenario neighborhood. It is a few steps from a calm beach and about a 15-minute drive to downtown La Paz and the international airport, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.

Step into a delightful home that's all about comfort and convenience. The main floor is drenched in natural sunlight and has an open floor plan that is perfect for socializing with your group. The sitting area has a large sofa with plush pillows to kick back and relax during downtime at home.

There’s a fully equipped kitchen ready for preparing any meal of the day and a dining table to enjoy sit-down meals together. For a quick snack or if you need a laptop-friendly place to work or check emails, grab one of the stools at the breakfast bar. Head to the backyard patio, where you can fire up the BBQ, and there’s some outdoor furniture where you can have company while cooking.

There are two cozy bedrooms to rest and recharge. The ground-floor bedroom is a sleep haven with two queen-size beds, while the upper-level bedroom not only has a plush queen bed but also an awesome balcony. Imagine sipping your morning coffee here while soaking in the stunning bay views—it's pure bliss! Each bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and room-darkening shades to ensure a restful night’s sleep. They both also feature a wall-mounted TV for movie time in bed and plenty of closet space to unpack and feel at home. Each floor has its own bathroom, so you won't have to wait in line when you're rushing to start your day.

Plus, with two parking spaces in the driveway and a handy washer and dryer, our home checks all the boxes for a worry-free getaway. There is a shared patio available for parking your vehicle and accessing the house. Additionally, you have exclusive access to a private patio located behind the property.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a very calm area called El Centenario, offering beautiful beachfront views. Just a short 10-minute drive from the airport and about 20 minutes from downtown La Paz and the Malecón. There you’ll find restaurants, shops and the ocean. Recommended beaches are Coromuel Beach and Playa el Tesoro, and our recommended restaurants are Vrentino, Oliva al Mare, and Harker Board CO.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 10 km | 6 mi to/from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 199 km | 124 mi to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD). If you are arriving by car, there’s parking in the driveway.

Other Things to Note:
Before you book, please take a moment to review this info to ensure a great stay:

- We encourage all guests to use water and electricity mindfully, as these resources can sometimes be limited in the city. In the rare event of any service disruption, we always work to resolve it as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth stay.
- You must be 21 or older to book.
- We’ll ask you to sign a Rental Agreement once you confirm your booking.
- Only the guests listed in your reservation can stay with us.
- You might need to show an ID when you check in or during your stay.
- If not booking via ABB we will ask for a temporary security deposit, released after your check-out.
- The home has stairs, it is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
- For stays 28 nights or longer, electricity isn’t included.
- No smoking inside, and no drugs or illegal stuff — breaking this will cost a $300 fine.
- Please no parties or loud noise after 10 pm, so we keep the neighborhood peaceful.
- Need extra cleaning? Just ask — it’s available for a small fee.
- You’re responsible for any damages during your stay.
- No pets allowed, sorry.
- Gas isn’t included for the BBQ. Feel free to use any gas left in the tank. If not the grill can also be used with charcoal (not provided).
- There are exterior surveillance cameras at the property facing common areas and public spaces only. They are strictly for security reasons and to ensure guests' safety.
- Electricity cuts are not common but might occur during your stay, these are temporary outages beyond our control.
- We don't provide any streaming credentials; you can use your own.

Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay and exclusive access to the home. We’re available seven days a week. If you need anything, just send us a message.
