«Every thing in the hotel was great»

«Hilton Waterfalls is a very old hotel, and many of the rooms are really old with bad maintenance, same applies also on the public areas like the Gym and elevator were one of only two elevators in the hotel was out of service all the time. My vacation was in July and the weather was very very hot, still the air conditioning was always turned off during the heating hours in the restaurant and lobby. It felt like eating breakfast and lunch in a Sauna room, we were swimming in our sweat that our ...

«The service was absolutely wonderful! A special thanks to Hany from the reception team, who was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional. The housekeeping team was also amazing. The room was always spotless and perfectly clean, and I truly appreciate the hard work of the housekeeping staff. The room was beautiful, and the view was absolutely amazing. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!»

«The staff are passive and distant. The only time they smile is when you offer a tip. Extremely noisy programs every evening making it impossible to sleep. Pressure from staff to promote SPA and activities making it hard to get peace if you just want to take sun.»

«- I tried to make the most out of the amenities - gym was really nice to have there for a quick workout. Pools were also nice and clean overall. - Some staff were rude, however, most were okay to deal with.. - There was a variety of food options at the restaurant inside the hotel, but not much for breakfast. They are strict on time - so make sure you’re not late for the times listed (they will not accept that you are late and will probably tell you to have to pay for your food from the bar at ...

«The accommodation is good to use as a base, it could do with a bit of tlc, a lick of paint wouldn't go amiss as would a good clean of the windows. The beds were firm and the bed clothes were clean, the bed in the balcony room had a dip in the middle which could be sorted with a new mattress. We had a shower problem on the 2nd day which we reported to the landlord at 10:00 it was fixed with new parts by 14:30 on the same day so that was good. The bathroom in general could do with an upgrade but ...

«Unfortunately this property has not been upkept for a long time - the pictures are from when the property was likely first built and now the paint in peeling off everywhere, appliances old and failing and general cleanliness not great. All that said, the staff are very helpful and want to help as much as possible. The villa is in a great location (next to the Monte Carlo hotel) although the noise from the hotel comes straight across, especially at night when they are blaring music all ...

«It is not the property in the photo. It is large but run down and it is most definitely not "amazing".»
