«The good from the stay is we received a full refund from VRBO/Property Management within 3 days of our cancelling the property. Upon arrival we found the entire property very dirty, towels were in the stand up shower on the floor dirty & wet. The 2 beds were not worthy of new guests with sheets, blankets & pillows appearing as if someone had slept in beds with no preparation for new arrivals. «The home inside was very nice and clean. My largest complaint is that it was listed as Saint Anselm's area and this was over the bridge which is really the west side of Manchester. Not where I wanted to stay with my family. I wish the couches also had a recline as it would have been more comfortable. Nice to have the laundry but bring your own detergent. No garbage bags either. Little things like that. Again, overall the place was very clean and spacious and updated. »

The apartment was well-furnished and comfortable - and having the woodstove started and waiting for us was a nice plus! The Farm is a great property and we enjoyed watching and interacting with the cows. A great trip for our group!»

«The house was SUPER clean, very spacious.Beds were comfortable. Water and chocolates were a nice little touch. The closets in all 3 bedrooms do not have closet poles, no where to hang clothes. Communication with host was lacking. Being a townhouse with 3 other units, instructions of where to park should be explained.»

«The home was on Main Street in Manchester, NH, and the street was very busy. We were two blocks away from a fire station and traffic started at 5am every morning. We were close to some businesses for convenience. Our biggest complaint was that the home was too noisy. There were people living upstairs, and we could hear their TV vibrating on the ceiling. The next door neighbors decided to blare their music on a Wednesday night at 11pm until 1am. My wife had to sleep on the couch one night ...
