«Excelente lugar, muy tranquilo y limpio, cerca de todo lo bonito del centro de Mérida»

«Cute boutique hotel in Merida. Pros: clean, shower with hot water (although limited), AC, comfy bed and quiet neighborhood, double sink/mirrors, parking right in front of hotel, staff is friendly and helpful with suggestions, nearby Mercado Santiago, reliable WiFi Cons: Johannes bar &restaurant, food and drinks were just okay. I would definitely stay here again, just eat and drink out.»

«Casa de Maya was EXCEPTIONAL! The staff is absolutely lovely, welcoming and helpful with any questions or suggestions for day trips. Rooms were clean and spacious. The location is perfect and super easy to walk to historic sites, restaurants and shops, and if you prefer to Uber, then that’s just as easy too. The breakfast was wowza TOP NOTCH! Breakfast was cooked every morning with fresh delicious ingredients! Well done Casa de Maya !!»

«This is one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The staff is very attentive and the service level is excellent. The common areas and rooms are beautifully designed to a level of detail we seldom experience. Pool area is also amazing. Very central location with everything in walking distance. The hotel also offers a secure parking area just down the road. We will definitely come back next time in Merida. »

«I've stayed in multiple places in Merida. This is the best one by far. My wife and I stayed in room 11 and it was surprisingly quiet. Wonderful staff, Included breakfast was delicious.»

«El cuarto super limpio, excelente servicio, excelente desayuno. Regresaremos pronto!»

«Hyggelig sted, ok renhold. »

«Was excellent in all . Atmosphere, attention , closed to the Merida center . Only problem there no restaurant to eat . Just for breakfast that is amazing also .»

«Beautiful hotel.»

«La verdad no lo recomendaría. Se manchó una toalla y me querían cobrar la toalla como nueva. Honestamente la lavandería ya viene cobrada en el precio de la habitación. La alberca del cuarto estaba helada. Cierran la puerta de acceso y en la madrugada la gente toca el timbre para entrar y te despiertan. Se escuchan las voces del exterior en el cuarto.»

«Todo muy bien en general , buena atención y la relación costo beneficio es buena»

«Only thing that caught me by surprise was the fact that breakfast is not included. Not even a cup of coffee, except for in room coffee pot.»

«The room was clean and organized. Water and soda included with check in. Also free coffee and water downstairs. The room is big, the bathroom is also, breakfast was well worth it with made to order eggs/omelettes. It’s on the outskirts of the center of town but the walking wasn’t terrible. Blow dryer in the room overheats and it turns off for about ten minutes at a time so make sure to wash your hair and have time to dry it. Other than that, everything went well. I’d be back.
