«We absolutely loved our time in Merida and staying at the CIGNO Hotel was perfect for us. A little removed from the Centro of town but easily walkable and completely safe, day or night. The hotel was absolutely lovely. 10 spacious rooms, excellent staff and food. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and had two dinners as well. The margaritas are exceptional. The entire staff is pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again while visiting Merida!! »

«This is one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The staff is very attentive and the service level is excellent. The common areas and rooms are beautifully designed to a level of detail we seldom experience. Pool area is also amazing. Very central location with everything in walking distance. The hotel also offers a secure parking area just down the road. We will definitely come back next time in Merida. »

«Nice big room. Beautiful tile floors. Close and walking distance to clubs and restaurants. Friendly staff. Parking is a little hard to find. You have to get a key and open. I ended up parking parallel close to hotel but no issues.»
