«We stayed at Tribu Malasaña for four nights and had a fantastic experience. The apartments are modern, clean, and well-designed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect, you have everything you need right outside the door, and Gran Vía is only a 10-minute walk away. The only downside is that the soundproofing between the apartments and the hallway is quite poor. We were woken up several times during the nights. There were ...

«Great location and beautifully designed but it is 6 months old! No one to help us with our luggage upon arrival at the front door (around 5pm on a Friday), no signs to guide us to the reception area that was on another floor. The room (207), absolutely not worth the price as it was the size of a shoe box for 2 adults with 2 suitcases. No night stands, no charging outlets and no proper space for 2 luggage racks. It was the most uncomfortable room I have ever stayed in!»

«Hygelig hage.

«I had a very good stay here. The best part was the central location, and easiness to get everywhere. I also really liked the coffee, drinks and fruits/cookies at the top floor - very nice and convenient. The people at reception were very helpful. The only two minuses were that there was a bit of noise from the street into the room (in the third floor, facing the main street), and the fact that it took a while for anyone to arrive at reception on the day I got there. Apart from that everything ...

«This apartment had everything a family with young kids can ask for. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment (with an additional sofa bed in the living room), traveling with an infant and a toddler. The living room was extremely spacious and well designed. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, extra towels and endless pillows available in closet. The daily cleaning offered by Hyatt was a godsend. The bedrooms were very sound proof and luxurious with lots of amenities. The only thing I didn't love ...

«I had made a booking mistake and needed to move the booking to another date. The hotel had available rooms on the alternative date, but showed no customer service. You don’t want to come in a situation where you need service and flexibility in Icon Embassy Madrid. »
